I was visiting Hat Yai on a business trip and wanted accommodation that was close enough to the factory but not too close. This place was way beyond my expectations. It's a short walk from a 7 eleven, has a pool (that I was too tired to use), the rooms are massive and I had a balcony for mine. The staff are beyond friendly and helped me out a few times. Hopefully my company will send me to Hat Yai again and I'd definitely book this place!

I did have a close encounter with a cockroach that ran over me while I was watching TV in bed, but it's par for the course when travelling and I only saw (and dispatched) the one.

Large room with balcony and an unusual but totally practical design. Quirky decor. Small kitchen area with kettle, tea, coffee and creamer. Large refrigerator with 2 half litre bottles of water replenished daily. Friendly and helpful staff. Good shower. Huge comfortable bed. Good aircon. Small office desk with LAN cable. Quiet. Less than a hundred baht taxi to the town centre or the floating market. Shopping mall 5 minutes walk. Seven 11 3 minutes walk. Street food stalls etc close by.

Nothing to dislike.

The rustic, bali-esque vibe is so unexpected for this price point, the room was comfy with good air cond, ample chairs and power outlets, blanket was nice and heavy, bathroom was really nice, balcony was amazing to relax and read in the morning, pool area looks great, check in was smooth even though staff is not fluent in english. Location was close to hatyai centre but just far enough to be free from crowds. Extra bed can be added for cheap.

-pool cleaniless could use some work, the floor was slightly grimy -free toiletries do not include toothbrush/paste -bed may be firm to some -location may be inconvenient to hail tuktuk Except the pool, all are nitpicks considering the great price

I love the peaceful and calm atmosphere of this place. Its like enter a hidden place. The room is spacious enough to accommodate my family with children aged 2 and 3. The swimming pool is a big.

The swimming pool is not clean and the jacuzzi is not on. Maybe there weren’t many guests when I came. But the cleanliness of the swimming pool should still be maintained.

Plenty of on site parking available which helps a lot. Location is off the main city centre but should not pose a problem if you have you own transport. Hotel is surprisingly quiet considering its location is just at the main road. There's a pool that you can make use of, a rather well maintained one. Good water pressure in the bathroom, we were on the top floor. Staff is helpful though language could be a barrier. Room is service daily without having to inform them to do so.

This has been a real gem and oasis in the bustle of Hat Yai. The architecture, colours, plants and decor are wonderful. We had just had a long day if travel and the tiny but perfect pool was the best end to the day. The staff were very helpful...going out of their way to help me find a local ATM at night. Thanks WeeNee..we were only sad that we had booked only 1 night!

The rooms and hotel looks much better than the online pics. The rooms are nice, large, and clean, and the grounds are quiet and peaceful.

There is no restaurant (or breakfast), and without one's own transport, it may be hard to get around.

Parking area. Very uncomfortable when raining time because the each hole brick traps water and my shoes easily get wet

value of money is absolute! love the environment, didn’t expect will getting this type of room with the price ❤️
