The room provided is very spacious and clean and fragrant. King-sized bed. Soft pillows. Mineral water is provided on the table and in the fridge. It has its own balcony and there is an elevator. Ironing facilities are provided on the ground floor near the elevator. The staff at the counter are very friendly and can communicate in English. Anyway, my family is very comfortable staying here

Water pressure in the bathroom is very low and although a hot water pump is provided,it cannot be used. Hopefully it can be improved for the future.

Air cond control in the room is not responsive. Ended up with 16C, full blast directly to the head. Makes sleeping less comfortable. Bathroom floor tiles slippery. Slipped a few times while using the bathroom.

I recently stayed at The Terrace Khlongtoei and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day.

bathroom design is very impractical. artwork around room and building is kitsch, common areas are dark, stairs are dangerous. staff are not easily distinguishable from other guests.

The hotel is located a little bit off the beaten track but you could walk to local shops if you really had to, or book a grab. I did feel the room lacked a little natural sunlight and the bathroom was quite dark

I just hope that they can provide iron for each floor. When I stayed there, you can only iron your clothes at the ground floor, near the receptionist area.

Small food stalls within walking distance, 7-11 as well. Can easily get transportation to and fro, if you're driving there's ample parking. Very spacious and well decorated.
