The room is clean, location is convenient to shopping mall.

The toilet has weird smell, the water pressure at toilet is super low. Couldn't find convenient store like 7-11 at surrounding area. The breakfast menu 90% repeating daily.

Opposite Central festival mall....walk 10min Asean / green way night market. Take tuk tuk 10min go kim yong market /Lee Garden.

Very comfy bed and the oversized pillows are a huge plus. Breakfast was also good, from the limited food we ate. Because although no pork served, it is not certified halal. Chicken and chicken products may not be halal. Muslims eat at your own risk, or just have eggs, bread, congee, or cereal. Still an enjoyable stay.

Although just across the street from the mall, you will have to use the overpass walkway to go there as there are no zebra crossing. For some can be a tiring walk. Other than that, pretty good. Wished there was a 7-eleven closer to the hotel.

The beds were comfortable - they gave you a big pillow and a smaller one - which made the sleeping experience more comfortable. Breakfast spread was decent but their food was more on the sweet side.

We requested for our rooms to be nearby although we booked 2 different kind of rooms (one with a bathtub and one without) - we were informed out request cannot be done as the rooms were in different buildings. We were then requested to pay for an upgrade for the other room in order for the 2 rooms to be on the same floor/next to each other. We paid an additional amount on top of our existing booking which we wished could have been communicated earlier. Despite the hotel's effort to go green, our towels were changed every day even though we have hung them up as per their instructions.

New and clean and at location quite close to the city center.

The swimming pool has many sharp edges which is a safety hazard. I request the property owner to round off all the sharp edges to ensure users safety.

It's a modern hotel. Convenient location.

Very busy when we check in on Saturday mainly wedding reception. Miss our breakfast on Sunday as the website say breakfast till 10:30am but finished at 10am. More information needed as there was none available unless you ask reception

Location is superb as this hotel literally across the Central Hat Yai Mall. The hotel is beautiful always full of functions, I can see they did provide good services and proper facilities for the guests. Hope they can maintain their services :)

No iron provided and the housekeeping team isn't fluent with English. It is understandable as English is not their native language but I do hope the management can slowly educate them with simple english words :)

Directly opposite Central Festival mall where you can shop or dine. Walking distance to Asean Night Market and Greenway Night Market. The buffet breakfast is pretty good even though there isn't much choices.

No 7-11, massage or bars nearby. Have to Grab to Lee Garden area for more lively night scene.

the location is very strategic

1. Kids above 10 years old are considered as an Adults. Upon check in, they are checking all passports and need to pays extra charge for kids above 10 years old. 2. No towel provided on my first day. maybe their housekeeping forgot to put the towel and provide it on 2nd day after housekeeping

Check in check out process smooth. Easy to communicate with staff. Close to attraction places. There are many power points, easy to access their gym, swimming pool. Their parking also huge. Overall nice =)

For adjoining rooms in same building, must add on 600THB huhu although we already told there are kids stay.
