the location is very strategic! near to lotss of hatyai attraction. price is cheap and veryyy good value for money. considering to stay here again in next trip !

bed and linen quite smelly

I really loved how clean and well maintained the property was, very calm and lovely atmosphere. The receptionist was friendly and helpful throughout my 3D2N stay. Everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely return for the ambiance, even though it’s just a bit far from downtown.

One area that could be improved is the bathroom in my unit (210). The water pressure was extremely low, which made it difficult to shower, especially after a long day at the Songkran Festival. The drainage was also an issue, as both the shower and basin were clogged, causing water to drain very slowly. Additionally, the shower handle was placed at an awkward spot, on the opposite side of the bathtub and not directly within it, making it quite challenging to use especially when we want to use shampoo or body gel. I hope improvements can be made, particularly in the bathroom setup and functionality. If it fixed, we will definitely come again and recommend this stay.

The staff always manage to clean the room eventhough the things in the hotel room will bring you back to the 90’s

good place to stay with family .

We are very comfortable staying here with all facilities are complete.The house, room, bathroom are all very comfortable. very quiet environment with fresh morning air.While being accompanied by GUBU a very handsome cat makes us hard to leave this place. Thank you for the owner of the homestay and his excellent employees.We very sure will come back to stay here again when we visit Thailand in the future.

There was nothing we didn't like because everything was so satisfying.

Everything is good here, clean, easy to find, got lift, despite the furniture looks old, but they clean the apartment everyday!

It's not like I did not like it, just the host, an old people and cannot speak English which a bit hard, but the process check in and check out, went smooth. The only thing I will add is a microwave to heat up the foods. Others, amazing!

I like that it's clean and big for family of four

I have to go downstairs to iron my clothes so I hope you can improve Just a suggestion: maybe you can put iron in every floor like in the middle of the level so it's easier for visitor to iron their clothes. Just use a normal iron no need wap iron.

Owner are very respectfull and too kind.I had to disturb him in the middle of night because accidently left my keys in room.And he without any hesitation help me out.big thanks for that.Also he help to intercept my language barrier with my maxin driver.

All good, a big and cozy apartment, with a roofed parking, in a safe and quiet area.

There was a water boiler but no tea or coffee provided. There is also a kitchen but cooking there is not allowed.

Loved the way they treat their customers! Both daughter and father are extremely hardworking and helpful. Clean. Neat and worth the price
