The room was spacious and we got what we requested (near to each other). In the room there were no coffee tea facilities but they did provide a mineral water bottle. No swimming pool also. They have a nice garden located on the ground floor. Parking was full but they have alternative parking near the hotel.

We cannot make coffee in the room as there is no kettle. I don't like the bed because it's quite hard.

Everything was great! Took around 15 mins drive to city center. Parking spaces were always available. We were given rooms as per request and there rooms were all in good condition, clean and spacious. The main desk staff was helpful and friendly. My sister accidentally left behind her rings and she managed to retrieved back the rings few days later! Kudos for their transparency.

The hotel's location is not far from hatyai town and pretty quiet during night time..not much noise and quite peaceful to sleep

It will be better if the hotel could provide electric kettle in the room because we need hot water to mix drinks for children especially..

The rooms are big. Clean and value for money. Very helpful staff. Good for family. A beautiful cat that is friendly and greets everyone. Chit chit. Gonna miss her 😍

Distance a bit from hatyai town. Maxim cost around 65 baht per way.

The view of the city is amazing in morning and night .place is so near with many store food and walking around 5minute can buy something . that all . worth it i will come back .

maybe need upgrade the tv channel . just it but overall still 10/10

The location is in a good area and convenient for traveling to the city. The pricing is reasonable compared to other hotels.

The extra bed is uncomfortable and too hard

At night better take grab or tuktuk to asean night market , greenway or lee garden night market because the parking was limited 👍🏻

Very nice and helpful young man at the reception. Unfortunately the rest staff didn't speak any English so it was very difficult to ask them for help, nice rooms, nice and cheap street food around, coffee and water, kettle in the room, clean rooms

hard mattresses and very far from the city, expensive taxi/grab- so if you go twice a day it is expensive option of accommodation

refer to room no 708 >> the power socket not enough (only one) for refrigerator/tv/mirror lamp. lamp in bathroom intermittent very hard mattress

The staff was so helpful and speak very respectfully to the guests. My TV was not working when I checked in but the technician attended to the problem and rectified immediately.

Location was a bit off the grid to many popular tourist spots.
