Convenient location. Parking available. Very helpful Receptionist. Reception immediately in front of the car park. Easy lift access to room from reception. Room very well presented, fresh, clean and tidy. Good air conditioning plus electric fans. Hot water in the shower. Very comfortable. Convenient tasty food outlets near by.

The cross roads location / my corner room inevitably means traffic noise but still ok. Car parking spaces limited with no reservation or guaranteed spaces. However I was able to park as arrived early. Small kettle provided with two glasses, but no ceramic mugs for hot drinks and no spoon for stirring when making a coffee.

I like the fridge inside the room, the room is clean, near to MINI BIG C and 7 Eleven, and the hotel also have mini laundry. Thank you.

Just a few comments... 1. There is NO HALAL FOOD area for Muslim 2. It's quite far from the town,night market, need to take grab 3. Please add more pillow inside the room especially for couple with kids 4. Overall, I like ONE CORNER RESIDENCE

Able to communicate in Malay and English via WhatsApp. The room as per picture with balcony. The receptionist all of them very kind and helpful. Parking safe. Strategic location

All three rooms were as expected. The parking was free but very limited. We managed to park two cars, so everything was good. The location was quite near to the city, around 4-5 km to night markets and Hatyai Village.

The hotel is near to 7E and Big C..The room also clean..near to main road..easy to wash laundry..near to all i viral foodies… i came from malaysia and satisfied with this service hotel..the hotel also cheap..next will come again

Aging/old towels. Noise from adjacent rooms eg. like someone pulling/moving chairs or something at the middle of the night.
