the room is so big with a nice view of surrounding places. the tv channels are a lot even though most of it in thai language. a walking distance to kim yong market, 7-11, watsons, and amazon cafe. not too far from lee garden too. 7 minutes walk from train station. will stay here again.

have to pay 1000 bath for room deposit.

I loved the location of the hotel. it was located centralized to everything. nearby 7Eleven, pharmacies, and good food options. Best! Also there are coffee options nearby. Staff are very friendly and I loved them. Rooms are very spacious, and beds were clean and comfortable.

So this is a bit of something that I noticed, might not be big to some. There arent many plug points around the room, in fact locations of where the plug points dont really make sense. I guess renovate it to include more. I would bring a multi port adapter if i was you. Secondly in the toilet wasnt a fan of the bathtub. Not sure why there are still since its a health hazard. Would have preferred a normal shower. I didnt like that Bookings triple charged me. They didnt clarify with me as to why they did it.

I was surprised by how good this hotel was. There was plenty of parking, the staff where very nice, the room was large and well designed, the shower had good pressure and hot water. They would be good to change the shower head to something more modern, though. The restaurant was excellent. I don't know why that surprised me as this is Thailand, after all. But I was not expecting such great food. The waitresses were funny and attentive and very pretty so we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly sitting there by the lake and swimming pool. We had a bottle of gin we brought and there was no corkage fee which was nice of them. I wish we would have stayed another night but we didn't have time.

Bed could have been softer, but it was fine.

to I liked this hotel because it was in a great location—just a stone’s throw from the market, coffee shop, and café. Everything I needed was nearby, which made it very convenient. The price was reasonable, and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable

The hotel was located at a busy junction, which made it very noisy at night. The constant traffic sounds were a nuisance, and I had trouble sleeping because of it.The weather was quite hot during my stay, and the shampoo provided by the hotel made my hair feel very dry, which added to the discomfort.

The room is spacious for two people. Staff is kind and polite but I am having a little trouble in communicating with some of the staffs as they only speak Thai language. But even so, they really tried hard to make you understand and help you.

The hotel is situated about 10 minutes of leisure walking from the main area and the road towards the hotel can be a little too quiet at night as female travellers, I am a bit worried but Hatyai in general is pretty safe! They do not provide any iron and the hairdryer is not working (but they very quick to replace with a new one)

hotel was nice, clean and near to kim yong market eventho is a open parking. staff also very friendly.. i ask for conecting room but room that i was upgraded from booking.com dont have any connecting room.. but the staff was kind enuf to show me the room that i book n room with connecting door and allow me to change..

My first time here . The location was great. Walking distance to kim yong market, Nearby 7E, watson. About to 500 meters away to night market lee garden n any popular foodies outlets. U just waze n walk to feel it. Staff : friendly staff n helpful Room : muslim friendly room, got qiblat pointer in the room. Clean n for sure value for money though. As i can say very recommended. If you're not picky then stay here. I'll sure you'll be happy.

Very good location near the markets. Good views and helpful staff. Very easy to get tut tuts around the area

Was disappointed the breakfast included was just a set breakfast and not a buffet although the portion was ample enough.

Overall is very good. The young man can speak in english so easier for us to communicate. Frontliner staff very helpfull carrying our heavy bigger begs.The location is not too far from tourist spot. Thank you. Will repeat again.

Hopefully the hotel can provide iron atleast 1 floor each.

The hotel was very nice, room,was big and spacious. Hotel staff very helpful and polite, as my wife and I were only staying the one night, cannot say much about Hat Yai, hotel breakfast was good the restaurant is on the 2nd floor nice view from balcony window 8th floor

No access to the balcony as both doors were locked but not to worry
