Nice rooms and helpful staff

Abit far out of town

Nice new hotel. Rooms are comfortable and spacious ,bathroom a little small on the showing side, but ok. Good sized swimming pool and floats for children. For some reason, the filtration system wasn't being used. We stayed for 4 nights and was OK. could have stayed longer but had pre book places to visit. Also, a breakfast was in with the price, which was adequate and buffet style. Only down side was the location, which was quite away from the main areas, i.e., bars and restaurants and the tourist areas, but bolt and grab taxis are available with a mobile app. Own transport is best to go further afield to the war history sights and erawan falls.

Big room and comfortable

Only one keycard per room when you take out key card all electricity off also for refrigerator. So disappoint

The pool

The hotel has no nice atmosphere and is located outside the center of the village so you need a taxi for every trip. There isn’t a single painting on the wall. The personnel doesn’t speak English. The breakfast is okay-ish but not more than that. If you take a shower, please be informed your whole bathroom will be wet because the shower is located straight beside the sink and toilet and there is no shower screen. And be aware: if you go to e.g. a national park and your towel shows a bit of mud trace after taking a shower, you will be charged. For us this was a one time only.

Staff ruined our trip

Rude staff who embarrassed us in front of other guests. Accused of making a towel too dirty to wash. Demanded we pay 200 baht for new towel ( which in fact was our own and not the hotels ). When we refused to pay they then refused to make up our room so we were left with wet towels, unmade beds, no water or toilet roll refilled. Staff attitude is absolutely disgusting
