-Good location, walkable distance from the bus station (5~10 min) or railway station (10~15 minutes). - Lots of street food stalls in the evenings near the city clocktower (~2 min walk from the hotel) - 7 eleven store nearby (~3 min walk) - Very clean room - Friendly and helpful, hard working staff - The manager spoke good English -Comfortable bed -Fridge - Private bathroom with hot shower - Free water, coffee and tea -The guesthouse is surrounded by lots of green plants.

- Noisy aircon (the staff fixed it after I put a claim) - The water tank made some noise every time me or my neighbour used the bathroom. - The staff was friendly but her English ability was limited. Communicate in Thai if you can. - Some mosquitoes inside and outside the room. Bring an insect spray. - The accommodation fee was a bit pricey for a guesthouse in a provincial city.

Clean, quiet, basic, good value for money room with friendly, helpful owner ‘Arm’. Daily cleaning if you want otherwise 2 bottles water, fresh towels & toilet paper. Location is mixed. Easy walking to bus station, Skywalk & Saturday night market. Ok distance to railway station but a bit further to tourist street. Mini mart close by. Good Wifi, Good AC which was needed in 42 heat. Was loaned a kettle which was appreciated. You do need to hire scooter or bicycle to get around as Kanchanaburi is spread out. Enjoyed my stay

The accommodation was great, the room was fresh, modern, and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was included. The location was central yet in a less touristy area, offering a unique and authentic experience. Additionally, it was within walking distance of the bus terminal, which was perfect for our trips to the waterfalls.

The rooms are very nice and spacious, with a little communal area. Not advertised but there is free tea, coffee and toast in the kitchen area. The lady who runs it is very nice too and made us feel very welcome.

The location is pretty far from places to eat.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The place is right in the middle of town with bustling hotspots all around. 5 minutes from the bus station. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, with a spacious, comfortable bed, and pretty much everything I needed in the room. Affordable also. Thank you for a pleasant stay

Very comfortable place in the city. Kindly and friendly staff. There are no include breakfast, but you can cook what do you want and staff can give you some food too. There is microwave, hot water, air fryer, cups and other things for kitchen.

Big and clean bed. Spacious room. Airco was not directly facing the bed. This is pleasant. Rack to hang wet towels. A TV, a table and a chair in the room. Friendly staff. The young lady was very helpful and kind 🙏 Laundry service available. Our laundry smelled nice. Scooters and bicycle for rent. A nice place to sit outside the room. Walking distance to the night market and other shops.

This is not a negative review. Just as info. The hight of the bathroom door is not suited for tall people (180+cm)😂 I’ve bumped my head a few times 😄

Great place to stay. The staff is so kind and sweet. Do anything to help. The room is clean and with everything in need. Modern and cozy. 10 minutes walk from the bus station and less than 20 min walk from the night market. I would definitely recommend this place if you come here !

Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Could park our bike directly at the accommodation.

Fridge is useless as it turns off without keycard. Water is cold with too much pressure and pressure is hard to adjust.

Set back from the main road. Room was spacious, v comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Wasn't advertised, but Continental B'fast incl😊 Good walking distance to everything
