The hotel location and facilities are very comfortable. Initially, we thought the family room and the connecting room could be on the same floor, but it's not.. we have to arrange the kids which room to stay. Since the hotel ambience is very safe, we really enjoyed the stay. The location is quite near to the main attractions of Kanchanaburi, i.e., kwai Bridge Death WWII musuem... suggested to have more small tuktuk on the area else have to wait quite sometimes.

We would like to suggest all the hotpot water to provide in each room. Also, the ironing equipment (iron n board) was not provided. That makes us feel disappointed as the usual place we go there is an iron provided in the room which is considered basic for the room.

A great location, which is less than a ten minute walk from the bus terminal. The welcome from the staff was warm and as we had arrived before check in time they offered to store our bags free of charge. An early check in was expensive and not something we come across often. It’s a modern hotel with many of the comforts you would hope for. V1 is ideally suited for the Bridge trip, we took a Tuk Tuk and did a diy tour and made a full day of it. On returning to check, in a lovely lady on the reception staff suggested the night market, we were there on a Saturday and suspect, but are not 100% sure, that it’s a weekend event. It was great. Our room was clean comfortable and provided all we needed for our 1 night stay. We had a fridge, always a welcome addition for water or a cool beer, air conditioning,TV,a small desk with stool and the linen on the beds smelt gorgeous. The lighting was soft and cosy too. The bathroom, again modern in design and immaculately clean, had complimentary shower gel and shampoo as well as toothbrush toothpaste and shower caps. We actúa managed to dry our wet towels in the bathroom thanks to the incredibly efficient extractor fan. Breakfast was included, it was simple, but unique and in our opinion authentic and tasty. We had, apparently unique to Kanchanburi local bananas, which were warmed. Sounds strange to me, but they were very tasty. Having stayed, we would definitely recommend, at this price point, it’s well located for what we came to see, modern ( which when you are travelling for a long time is welcome occasionally) and great value for money. Good location 200m to bus station. Clean, comfortable. Staff generally very friendly and helpful. Comfortable but small room

The hotel says that it provides a light breakfast of hot drinks and croissants. When we stayed this was an option of grilled banana skewers and crockery. The staff were Ken not to give you extra and were careful not to give more than one drink. There were no drink making facilities in the room but was a kettle in an area off reception but the hotel did not provide tea/ coffee

We had a great stay at the V1 boutique hotel! The staff were always very friendly and helpful! The hotel is right next to the bus station which was super handy for visiting erawan falls and for our onward journey! The rooms were immaculate, the beds were SUPER comfy and the aircon was powerful which was much needed! We really enjoyed the pastry and coffee for breakfast! It was about a 30-40 min walk to the main area but we didn’t mind this and grabs are affordable! Highly recommend this hotel!

Before our arrival, the staff was very available through booking for all our requests - connected rooms and for 6 family members. Assisted in getting around the city and transportation to the next hotel. The coffee in the morning is perfectly fine and you can also take TA. In addition, the juice and toasts provide an answer for breakfast for the children.

The location requires the Grab app anywhere in the city - it's still very cheap and short trips. The elevator is slow, although it is an attraction for children.

We loved this little hotel, staff were very friendly and they even provided a small breakfast (croissant/rolls) and coffee. Ideally located near the bus station and not far from the river. It’s a bit of a walk to the Bridge but this is as well worth a visit. The walk takes you past the railway museum as well - which was really interesting (highly recommend a visit here!) Room was comfortable and clean and would definitely recommend this hotel which is good value for money

Very close to Kanchanaburi bus terminal! Super convenient for traveling around. Free coffee and croissant in the morning. Bakery also close by. Staff is super nice and helpful. Nice refurbished building.

Elevator is very very slow and it’s hot inside. Only airco in the entrance and in the rooms. As soon as you leave the airconditioned zone, the heat hits you right away. A bit noisy in the hallway sometimes because it’s an old building and an open patio. But it was still ok…

The hotel is perfectly located with a walking distance of 5 Minutes from the Kanchanburi Bus Terminal. Yet my room was really quiet. As I only booked for one night I took the cheapest option which was absolutely fine for one night, but staying for a longer period I would recommend taking a larger room on one of the upper floors, as my room was really small und there was not a lot of furniture or equipment. Really tidy and clean anyways and beauty products were offered in the room, so all in all I really enjoyed my stay. There was also a free breakfast sandwich and coffee offered which I really liked. Great central location, nice theme and decoration, standard rooms quite nice and relatively new. Relatively soft bed. Great service.

The single room I originally booked was on the ground floor and reeked of sewer. Luckily they could upgrade me to a standard double room that was much nicer. So book a standard room, it’s worth the extra cost. Elevator is extremely slow, but no problem if you can take the stairs.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve encountered in Thailand. The rooms design and amenities, while basic, were well thought out.

There is an automated pump outside right below the room I was assigned’s windows that would loudly engage to maintain a water level. This pump would go off every few minutes into the very early morning hours. It seems like it was probably broken to be as loud as it was. Front desk was notified but were unable to assist.
