So quiet and secluded. The owner was lovely, driving us wherever we needed to go at any time. He took all the guests to breakfast in the morning (they don’t offer it on site in off season) on their own schedules, so he was a really hard working and personable host. The place is well maintained and has comfy loungers on a private stretch of a quiet beach. The pool is surprisingly deep, drinks good, and food tasty.

We loved the fact that the hotel is small, the two friendly owners are on hand to help and advise, and the place is right on the beach. I loved the look of the restaurant, and the small but clean pool was lovely. The staff were friendly, the beach loungers were comfortable, and the hotel is on a very quiet stretch of beach, which we loved. Our room was big and clean and comfortable, and the bathroom too.

I booked a room with a sea view. Actually, the bungalow looked over the pool and it felt a bit overlooked as the other rooms around the pool all faced our windows. Also, the bungalows all open onto a narrow shared terrace. So it didn't feel private, especially as we had neighbours who liked to sit there all day. And one of them smoked cigars. I also wish that the hotel had more Thai options in the restaurant. It serves mainly European food. Also, it doesn't always offer breakfast. I would advise anyone staying here to have transport - car or motorcycle - we had a car and it made all the difference. There are lots of other places to eat and places to explore if you have transport.

Fantastic ever-long beach, great restaurant, excellent, quiet, super clean room with a perfect mattress and all amenities. Great terrace in front of the room, overlooking the beautiful pool. A raffia umbrella and comfortable loungers landscape to lose track of time while watching and listening to the waves. The staff are a wonderful friendly team. Marco and Monique are natural born hosts, exceptionally attentive. They go every extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at home. I was picked up from the ferry by Marco and driven around town by Monique. Absolute recommendation for the most relaxing, perfect beach vacation. What a discovery! What lovely people! I LOVED EVERYTHING. EXCEPTIONAL, INTIMATE BOUTIQUE hotel on 9km unspoilt white sand beach. Swimming in the sea was good. Rooms are exceptional. Spacious, clean and all amenities supplied. SERVICE from MARCO ( owner) and his staff was always friendly, accomodating and exeptional. A perfect boutique hotel to relax and de- stress with all that Thailand offers in smiles, warmth and perfect hospitality. Quality and food is awesome and freshly prepared as per order. There is absolutely nothing not to like. Marco and his wife Monique are the perfect hosts and professional. Every attention to detail has already been given. The boutique hotel has been recently renovated and is beautiful. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in the last seven weeks and this one is by far the cleanest to European standards! The food in the restaurant is very good. The property is a bit remote so you would need a scooter or car to explore and try other restaurants.

A welcome addition would be reading lamps.

We loved staying at Le Petit Saint Tropez. What a stunning location, fab watching the ocean at breakfast. Our room was clean,comfortable & modern and great shower & water pressure. Marco was a fantastic host, greeting his guests & helping with excursions, hiring a motor scooter & arranging transport to our next destination. We will definitely be back !

Everything is done to a European standard, not common in Thailand! Friendly Dutch owners go out of their way to make your stay & experience fantastic. Superb food in the restaurant, comfortable well appointed accommodation. The location is a little bit out of the way but well worth the journey. Front line to the sea with beautiful views too.

EVERYTHING. The room was lovely. Right on the beach. Pool was pristine. Food was outstanding. Delicious cocktails. Perfect massages. Hosts could not have been nicer

It is pretty isolated but that exactly what we wanted. Plus it had everything you need and our fabulous hosts took us to the temple and the market.

What a fantastic hotel. Situated halfway along a 6mile pristine sandy beach. The hoteliers Marco and Monique were so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful sorting day trips, taxis etc and their staff were all very friendly. A special mention to the chef for her wonderful cooking. Fantastic
