Mr Kong was very friendly for our stay, offered pick up from airports/ drop off and even took us to a local Thai market which my family and me really enjoyed. We booked for a full week as we also needed somewhere to store our luggage for that time, we stayed for 2 of the nights, Mr Kong was very accommodating for this.

This is honesty so be prepared to have facilities that Thais have in their home, we didn’t see any function for a hot shower so cold shower it was but this was ok to cool and refresh after being out in the humid weather.

We had just one short night between flights, all was good, owner take us from airport in late night, owner is good person, location is good, near market and airport

Great place to stay ,especially like me a solo traveller .Kong picked me up from the airport ,which is a very kind gesture .It is only 10 minutes to his house.Kong is a very nice,friendly man ,he makes you feel very welcome.He took me and another guest from Canada to an amazing ,huge night market.At the night market there are amazing cheap food options ,clothes and other things to buy.I had a great time at the night market ,.We had a few beers at the big bar ,full.of locals and watched fantastic live bands who sang some songs especially for us in English as we were the only foreiengers there.What a awesome experience to see the real Bangkok life.

Mr Kong is so friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. My air conditioned room was lovely and cool. Mr Kong drove me around on both his scooter and in his car for the four days that I was there for a very cheap price. We saw many temples and even went to the beach in Chon Buri. It was more than just a Homestay it was a great experience. Mr Kong has asked me to say that you need to message him via WhatsApp or failing that use the message system in booking.com. Mr Kong is deaf and can not hear a phone ringing. Mr Kong taught me how to share my location via WhatsApp as I am a bit old and not up with technology. If you are having trouble communicating with him please message him and tell him what you need … he is very helpful.

Mr. KONG IS GREAT. Gave awesome service to us. He took us to places in bangkok and charged only gas money. He is a good guide and host and hard working and showed beautiful places around bangkok. In this budget you can't ask for more. He picked us from airport and dropped us there. Overall we felt like we are staying at home. Kitchen is good with all necessary stuff. 7eleven and other mart are nearby at walking distance. It is near to Don mueng airport. Only issue is that it is located bit far from city centre. But that is a boon for us as we find vegetable and other stuff at a low price. Cost of living is less at this homestay. Thank you Mr. Kong once again and I will definitely visit this place again.

We stayed in two rooms in The Kong, both of them were cosy, comfortable and airconditioned. The shared bathrooms and kitchen also had everything we needed. The place is far out of the city but it's close and easy to get to a sky train station, plus Mr. Kong always offered to drive us anywhere we needed. The best on the stay was his friendliness and help with pretty much everything we needed to organize - from riding me to an exchange place, recommending where to get good food and organizing our onward travels (including driving us to the bus terminal with a stop on fruit market). All at no additional cost.

Mr Kong was such a friendly and engaging host who truly went out of his way to help us in every way. He is a true lover of travel and new experiences, and we loved exchanging stories on the night of our arrival. He has hearing issues and is a great lip reader, and we used lots of Google to share the subtleties and specifics of our stories! We also had breakfast together one of the days. Room security is great as well. It was such a pleasure for us to stay here.

It was hot when we were outside our air-conditioned bedroom - but that's Bangkok for you. :) It was not an issue for us.

We liked this acomodation a lot. It was very close to the airport, in a quiet location and Mr. Hong was the nicest host ever. It was a bit difficult to understand each other but there was nothing he would not help us with. He even wen to the clinic with me to translate when I went for blood tests after dengue fever. He brought us a lot of fruits and picked my boyfriend for having some food. Everything was perfectly clean.

A bit far away from everything but still, this hotel is usually used for overnight close to the airport and for this the acomodation was perfect. A bit hard to understand but we always got what we wanted, often even more.

Everything. But more than anything I liked Mr. Kong. This is probably the best dude I've met on this trip and I've been traveling for 6 months. He's a legend. He's pure gold. Quite literally THE nicest person you'll ever meet. He even helped me get something sent to Thailand, AND helped me with shipping a package to America. He drove me all around. He helped me so much with food.... just a truly excellent human. The guesthouse is so nice it's crazy. There's literally a small gym lol. So clean, great AC, everything rocks. So glad I stayed here for a little over a week. Will absolutely come back.

Only thing I didn't like is no hot water for the shower BUT it's already so damn hot in Bangkok it really doesn't matter haha.

I was travelling with my 2 boys 8 and 17, Kong the owner was brilliant, took us to the Air force museum which the boys really enjoyed and after to feed the fish in the park, in the evening into Bangkok, really good guide and great with kids. Has a little gym which the boys loved and you could have use of the washing machine and kitchen. 7Elenen only around the corner and next to it a Noodle place where you can have a bowl for 50Bhats. I wish I had more money to give mr Kong as a thank you for all his help and driving us around but it's coming to the end of our holiday now so funds are getting low. Will definitely come back and stay at Mr Kong's next time we are in Bangkok as he is very trustworthy and kind.
