A small resort located at the quiet end of the beach. Walk to many choices of beach restaurants and to the 7-Eleven and a few shops. Room was spacious and comfortable with chairs. Daily housekeeping was good. The beach was fabulous, swimable, and family friendly.

The bathroom is old with black stained grout and occasionally a sewer odour, I think from the drains. This may be the trade off for a lower price in this location.

Amazing staff, very helpful and nice. Good breakfast, amazing view localised right at the beach, from where you can watch beautiful sunset. Comfy beds, mid sized fridge, quiet.

Not worth the price. Bedding wasnt clean and the pillow cases not washed/replaced. The duvet wasnt changed/washed/replaced. Behind the bed a lot of dust and spider webs. Property is aging and not looked after. Very sad for such a great place.

The view was spectacular. The room big enough and lots of storing places. Water is given everyday. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very affordable laundry service is available as well and nice little pool. This hotel is close to every nice place to eat.

The bed sheets could be washed or replaced as there were stains. The furniture is somewhat old and maybe a refurbishment will be welcome. Remember, water is sea water in the taps and shower. Just needs a getting used to.

The location is one of the best in the area with the beach just across the road. Small and friendly hotel especially Miss Aff who helped with motorcycle rental. The pool is small but was very clean and never crowded. After reading some negative reviews I was worried about staying here. We had a deluxe room B3 upstairs. Basic but everything worked and was reasonably clean. The bed and bedding were fine. The garden is small but well maintained with lovely trees creating extra shade. The other guests were also very nice. We would probably stay here again if we come back to Koh Lanta next year.

They don't take credit card only cash for the room payment. They want to keep your passport or 5,000 baht if you rent a bike from them even though you are staying at their hotel. If you turn up for breakfast after 9am the cooked Thai food is cold and nearly all gone

it’s mainly the pool and the location (close to 7/11, other shops and restaurants) why we keep coming back (3rd time!). but we also love the staff, the bed is comfy and big, not too many mosquitos etc.

the bathroom had a bit of a smell and the pool filter might need to be exchanged but other than that we just love it!!

We loved the location of the hotel which was directly across from the beach so our view every morning as we crossed the road was of the sea seen through palm trees. The staff both at the hotel and in their restaurant on the beach across the road wwer absolutely lovey. Nothing was too much trouble!

The location, the smiling friendly personnel, the view, the quality of the beach, the affordability of the menus, the colourful nearby beach bars...

Perfect location. Love the staff. Everyone is so incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely return here again one day. We originally booked 7 nights and ended up extending by 2 more. Couldn't ask for a better deal. Thank you to the staff for all they have done for us!

Hotel room was comfortable. Breakfast over the road in the restaurant was a good spread. Lovely beach front location. The pool seemed nice but didn’t go in it. Muy Thai gym round the corner too. Some local restaurants and food places on the road.

The staff in the restaurant were not friendly at all. Very impolite and unwelcoming.
