Where to start? Our visit to Thai Island Dream Estate was a solid 10 out of 10. The location, courtesy of the staff, the host’s communication and we-will-fix-it attitude all amounted to what felt like a luxurious and dream-like vacation. First: The pictures on booking sites doesn’t do this place justice. Perhaps this is a good thing, else it would be even harder to find vacant slots I guess ;) We were 6 people traveling for 12 days - staying on beautiful Klong Nin beach for the entire stay. We stayed in Villa 4 (the villas are numbered 1-4 from North to South). There are 3 double bedrooms located after one other, with one facing the beach. The other beach-facing room is a generous open plan kitchen/living room. The pool is appr 8 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, its depth ranging from appr 60cm to 160cm with an infinity edge towards the beach and night time lights. There’s also a covered seating area with 6 chairs, this can also be lit in the evenings. The rooms and outdoor areas were cleaned every second day, the pool every day. The villa literally sits on the beach. Between the pool and the sand is your own garden. There is a fresh water shower in the garden so you can rinse off after sea and sand. As a villa resident you are free to use the hotel pool too. There is also 4 massage beds on the hotel premises facing the beach - here you can either book a treatment from Ray, the hotel manager, or you can stop by when they’re there and book directly. Klong Nin top tips: Mr. Love bar for cocktails, South & Sea for food :) In summary: Thai Island Dream Estate is a true gem, located on a tremendous beach, staffed by friendly people and surrounded by a variety of services, all making your stay unforgettable! The property was amazing. We had the 3 bedroom villa 1 and stayed for 8 nights. We wish we could have stayed longer. We each had our own separate air conditioned bedroom and a separate living area. We were a family of 10 with 6 of us in the villa and 4 of us staying next door in the 2 bedroom villa, we had our own private pool that we all enjoyed and were literally on the beach front. The most important thing to mention was the host Ray. What an amazing women she was. She rented us motorbikes, did our laundry, arranged taxis to and from various locations. Any thing we required she was there to help. She allowed us to decorate the villa for Halloween for the kids. We did break a few things and they were immediately replaced. There were a couple of small supermarkets across the road and a travel lady who arranged our private hire boat trip to koh rok and koh haa. The 7/11 and Lotus supermarkets are a 5 min bike ride away. There are restaurants all along the beach front and burger bar and pancake places on the main road. you also have a perfect view of the sun setting

If paradise had an address, it would undoubtedly be Thai Dream Estate. Words can barely capture the magic of our stay at this extraordinary haven. From the moment we arrived, we were embraced with unparalleled warmth and care by the incredible staff, whose dedication to ensuring our happiness was beyond anything we’ve experienced before. They weren’t just staff – they felt like family, going above and beyond at every turn to make our stay truly unforgettable. A special mention must go to Ray, the amazing manager, who truly went the extra mile during our stay. When my son needed medical attention, Ray personally arranged taxis and secured a reservation at a clinic for his ear infection, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and stress-free. Her compassion and attentiveness were nothing short of extraordinary, and we are forever grateful for the care and effort she put into helping us. The accommodation was simply breathtaking – a flawless blend of luxury, comfort, and serenity. Every detail had been thoughtfully curated to create an oasis of relaxation, from the spotless interiors to the impeccable design that showcased both elegance and practicality. Waking up to such beauty every morning felt like a dream. As for the location – it’s nothing short of perfection. Set amidst Thailand’s stunning natural beauty, it provided the perfect backdrop for every moment of our stay. Whether we were soaking up the tranquil surroundings or exploring nearby attractions, the estate’s location made everything feel effortlessly accessible and serene. We cannot express enough gratitude for the unforgettable experience Thai Dream Estate provided. It’s not often you find a place that exceeds every expectation, but this is exactly what we found here. Thank you to Ray and the entire incredible team for making us feel so special, for creating memories we will cherish forever, and for giving us an experience that was truly once-in-a-lifetime.

You can not beat the location of this property. The views are amazing especially from the pool. Don’t miss sunset drinks at Leks bar next door- fantastic mojito’s and lovely staff. It’s well worth a visit to Old Lanta- have lunch at Pinto- beautiful views out over the islands and great Thai food. Also visit Big Tree Beer Garden- great wines to drink in or to take away. Shanti Shanti is well worth visiting for dinner- go for sunset- I would recommend booking. Ray, the villa manager, is so helpful. Always available on what’s app to arrange transport, tours etc. She also offers a laundry service at fantastic prices- go home with a clean suitcase! Looking forward to returning again.

We were in a Villa right on the water. The location was unbelievable! Fantastic views, access to the ocean, our own pool overlooking the ocean. The manager Rai, was also brilliant. She absolutely is an asset to this place. She was exceptionally responsive and helped us in many ways. Bedroom was great. Also I didn’t initially realize just how close multiple restaurants and a nice massage place were.

I would have given this 10 stars but the lack of AC in the villa living room/kitchen greatly reduced its value to us. They should put ac in and raise the price of the unit a little. You have to leave the doors open to get it even tolerable, but that lets all the mosquitos in. So daytime this is a big 10, nighttime more like a 7.

Great location, close to many restaurants and little shops, a wonderful beach. Big nice territory. Large unit with all necessary. Cleaning every other day, drinking water without limits. Nice kitchenette with everything that might be needed. Outside area.

The bathrooms are not great - taps have seen better times and are not exactly clean. One bathroom didn’t have a proper shower area - just a shower head directly over the toilet. Outside there is a jacuzzi, which haven’t been cleaned forever (not that you need it but still) I had some doubts about pool’s cleanness - all the filters were blocked

We had a wonderful stay at Thailand Island Dream Estate, Ray the manager is so helpful and was available to help with any questions or needs including laundry service which was so quick and reasonable. We stayed in a family apartment, 2 big bedrooms, lounge, TV and kitchen with an outdoor porch facing the pool. It was perfect for us! The beach was a literal stones throw from our door and you can hear the waves crashing into the shore at night which was so lovely! We did a couple of trips to local beaches and there is a taxi company and small convenience store across the road. There are many beach restaurants all the way along the stretch, we particularly liked Miami and the pizza restaurant next door. Everyone is so friendly. We would 100% recommend Thai Island if you are visiting Koh Lanta, it is the perfect laid back beach paradise!

Exceptional accommodation right on the beach. We were a group of 5 and the area consisting of 3 en-suite chalets plus separate living/dining chalet and private pool and gardens was perfect. The pool is gorgeous and the ideal way to cool off overlooking the sea, there is also use of a larger pool next to the villa. Everything was spotlessly clean. A big thanks to the manager Ray who was always on hand but never obtrusive. An added bonus was the bar next door who would happily deliver drinks and food direct to the villa. A wonderful experience that we will never forget.

We have stayed at Thai Dream Estate many times in both the villas and the apartments. We love the location, right on a peaceful beach but with many restaurants within easy walking distance. Ray is an asset to Thai Dream Estate, she can arrange transfers, tours, laundry, all at excellent rates. She is always contactable by what’s app. The apartments and villas are all being updated and decorated at present, with new beds, sofas and most importantly new black out curtains. Make sure you visit Mr Leks bar next door, fantastic sunset cocktails and food along with fire shows. Lek always makes you feel welcome. Another new addition is a pizza place next door, Di Farini, who imports ingredients from Italy. Best pizza I think I have had outside Italy. Shanti Shanti is another must visit. The food seems better than ever plus they have a great french wine list at reasonable prices. Thank you so much Ray, we will be back again.

The place was wonderful. Villa was right on the beach and it was very spacious with its 3 bedrooms and the living room and kitchen. It was perfect for our family. The pool was nice and you felt like you had the pool right on the beach. The area is pretty quiet which we liked. The restaurant Mr. Lek that was right by, was very good and in the evening not too noisy like the other ones further away. Ms. Ray from the office/reception was very friendly and helpful and took good care of us. She was always available when needed. We used the taxi service provided by them and the rides were safe and pleasants. They also had massage right on the front of the villas and the common pool. I told Ms. Ray we will be back for sure and already made the reservation for next Christmas. So happy we found this place.
