Staff are attentive and happy to fulfill all requests. Room is serviced when you utilize the “clean room” door hanger to be more eco friendly, dirty linen hamper when you want your towels to be Renewed. Robes, slippers, beach towels and beach bag are available to use. AC and hot water in very good working condition, bed and linen is comfortable. I can use the wifi to watch Netflix. Resort restaurant is good! A lot of restaurants along the road it’s located on also.

Not a dislike but something to consider if you cannot walk steep hills. They offer shuttles to your room and other locations along the coast though! I would recommend hiring a scooter if you visit Koh lanta in general, very beneficial. 200 baht a day from the minimart off to the right of the resort.

Loved our room that looked like a mix between a tent and a bungalow and a treehouse (in its looks). Also really liked the Manager, who always made the effort to have a chat with everyone. The location was great on beautiful Klong Nin beach with plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The lady who booked any trips or vans, etc was super friendly too. Loved seeing the monkeys mooching past our room.

The steps into the adult pool were very loose and unsafe. The water in one of the pools wasn’t very clear so not very inviting. But hey - it’s right on the beach so what does it matter? The temperature in your room when you first enter is super hot. Takes a while for the air con to kick in and for eco purposes you can’t leave the aircon on whilst you’re out (which is absolutely fair enough but just takes a while to cool down again.

The hotel is a true gem along the coast! With its extremely close proximity to the beach and private beach access, it offers perfect summer exploration. As a large resort, it impresses with its scale and comfort. The delicious breakfasts beckon for leisurely enjoyment, while the clean and spacious rooms are truly a haven of rest. The value for money is exceptional, as you experience luxury at affordable prices. The option to rent scooters or join organized tours through the resort's system makes exploring the surroundings easier, while the staff is exceptionally professional and hospitable. A resort that exceeds expectations!

Best resort in Koh Lanta! We come for 6 nights and spent more than 20 😅The rooms are all diferent and very nice, the beach is just in front, the pools, everything is perfect! But the personal is the real gem of this resort: the manager is everywhere and always super Smiley and helpful, the Chef Toffee is super kind and smiley, the reception grila Aina and ger colorație super kind also, the driver, the roomades, the barman, thank you all!!! We Will come again for sure!!

For the breakfast 1-2 thai foods should be great

We are coming here the 2nd time and surely we will come again🤗 Super personal, very kind and helping, the manager is super cool and friendly, always near the turists and colleagues, good buffet breakfast, nice pools, sunbeds on the beach for free, nice rooms, super design, the sunset is magnificent just on the beach in front

We need to climb and descend the hill all the time🤣 You can use the buggy, but this made us a good exercice, so for us was ok, but for older people can be difficult

We very much enjoyed our weeks stay at SriLanta. Bunty and the staff we very helpful and friendly. Clearly the pandemic has had an impact by Bunty and his staff are working hard to bring the resort up to its previous standard. I cannot believe that guests complain about the walk and distance from the beach. Good exercise and good to be slightly away from the beach. There are 3 fabulous swimming pools. There are also restaurants which we didn’t eat at as we chose to try different restaurants along the beachfront. Those who complain- check your privilege!

The location was great, along a perfect section of beach with lots of beach resorts, restaurants and bars. We stayed in a “star path” room which are inspired by Japanese interiors. It was lovely atheistically, but quite a few steps that were difficult to see at night. The hotel has 3 pools, one of which is adults only right on the beachfront. The service was great and the manager made an effort to speak with majority of the guests each day. The hotel rooms and pools/restaurant are separated by the road, but there’s an underground walkway which makes access easy and safe.

The cheap and ugly looking gazebos around the pool. Not sure what happened to the lovely umbrellas from the photos, but they need to get these back! We didn’t have any hot water in our shower. There is only one mirror in the bathroom, would be good to have a full length mirror in the room. We didn't include breakfast in our booking, however I went down to the breakfast one day. It was not the best. I would suggest skipping the included breakfast and walking down somewhere else. The room was quite noisy, we could hear the guests in the room above us walking around on the wooden floors/steps. Also the corridor was really echoey and doors shakey which was really loud with people loudly turning their keys and slamming doors. Could be easily rectified with some felt lining the doorframe.

Wow it was a beautiful resort! Amazing staff and food was great, breakfast and dinner! Ko Lanta island also made it better because it’s my favourite.

A little bit pricey! I understood that it was very nice but a couple things in my block needed upgrading. Apparently they do reduce the price but I was in peak time. The bike rental was good but again a little pricey, should do deals on more than 1 day

Lovely staff, super helpful. Lovely spacious room with jacuzzi tub. Very nice adult only pool and lounge.

We were taken by surprise that the rooms are set back from the rest of the resort, up rather a large hill! There is a tunnel under the road that separates the rooms and the rest of the resort (restaurants, pools and beach). They do offer a shuttle if you need help getting up the hill, but it’s quite a mission in 30degree heat nonetheless!

Everything about the location, breakfast room...

The beach staff was very slow responding to our orders... not involved with the guests. The paint finishes in the hotel room are pretty outdated and done in a careless way. Quite patchy and dented. I'm not complaining, I'll like to come back to a freshly renovated room.
