Nice location on the beach with a pool. Good value for the price.

Staf was disinterested. There are better good value restaurants around.

The resort itself was amazing & the personnel was really kind and helpful. I extended my stay there and it was a good decision :)

However the bed was really uncomfortable and the bathroom was a bit dirty. There were Cockroach and Centipedes entering the bathroom almost everyday 😰

The Bungalows were very clean and comfortable, the beach was nice and a perfect spot for watching the sunset. There were many lounge chairs on the beach and the pool was also very nice. Overall the resort was a nice place for a relaxing vacation with its beautiful garden.

The resort is a little bit far away from bigger cities and even the next seven eleven is about 15 min per foot away, so you need to rent a scooter or to call a taxi to explore the island.

Unbeatable location right on one of the best beaches in the island. Walking distance to several good and cheap restaurants. Motorbike hire was easy and price competitive. Staff were great and let us leave our luggage with them for a few days after our stay as we wanted to explore the rest of the island. For the price this place is absolutely perfect and is so much nicer in reality than it looks on Booking! We were pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was. Highly recommended to stay here in Ko Lanta!

Spacious, comfortable rooms, good location, friendly staff and a great value.

There’s a fair amount of rubbish around the property, along pathways and under bungalows. A few hours of cleanup by the staff would take care of it.

Affable, friendly staff. Nice beach front with complete facilities - restaurant, auto (bike/car) hire, swimming pool and tour desk. If you didn't want to use any such facilities at the resort then there are also plenty of independent ones in very close walking distance you could use. If you ever left a do not disturb sign on the room they would always leave you bottles of drinking water and toilet essentials.

Additional charges always applied to card transaction. The food is often served slowly but that's not a bad thing except when you are in a hurry, but if you communicate that they will try and accommodate best they can. Becareful of some of the tours as they are operated by 3rd party companies who try to scam you. I have raised the issue with the ATV company (Tiger ATV). But didn't get anywhere once the resort was paid. They should have returned half my money due to the issue but just said it was difficult as they already paid the company. I booked through Resort so ideally they should have honoured it but they didn't. So, they are quick to arrange and take your money but not helpful if there is an issue with the 3rd party.

- Location close to the beach and swimming pool. - Daily cleaning upon request (incl refill of free water). - Spacious room for a family of three. - Service minded and happy personal.

- It sounded like there was an animal in the wall of the room, constantly walking around. Pretty annoying at night. - Ants were quick to go after food if you brought in the room, was annoying as we had a baby and the formula was mixed in the room. - Sun beds were pretty wore down and their pillows soaked up a lot of water.

Beautiful set up to facilitate access to the beach for all the guests. Beautifully built resort. Had 3 days in one of the bungalows across the street from the main beach area, which was very comfortable However, our room was across from 2 path lights These were very bright and the many windows did not allow to shut the light out. So was very bright to sleep. Second stay for 2 nights was in a bungalow right at the beach front... Absolutely beautiful and well thought out space. Was worth every penny. Food was good. Good prices to rent scooters. Beds pretty decent. A bit softer than the regular beds in Thailand

Needed better curtains in the bungalows in the area across the street. Beach was lovely but there were large rocks to maneuver around when swimming. Especially at low tide. Not many stores or alternatives to resort restaurants in the area.

The property is right on the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. Love that a fridge is included. You can also book all your activities including transport to other islands at the hotel. There is sooo much to choose from and they will pick you up from the hotel every time you book through them. Food at the restaurant is also very nice and such a wonderful view too. Fire show every night we were there and this was amazing.

The bathroom layout is interesting. You need to walk through the wet shower floor to get to the toilet. You will also be having cold showers but it’s so warm so it’s not really a deal breaker

We were pleasantly surprised with how big our garden view room was. The bed was large and exteremly comfy. Wifi signal was very good and it was very quiet. We appreciated the staff leaving fresh water for us everyday. Our room was across the main road from the beach, but only 1 min walk to the pool and restaurant. The beach was nice and quiet. The food in the onsite restaurant was lovely and good value. Location is away from the main areas in Koh Lanta but there are lots of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Hotel is a bit old and dated but it is kept quite clean. It could do with more sunbeds around the pool and beach area.
