Right on a very nice beach, Klong Nin. Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially, Zee. Room was a good size. We arranged with them for a private transfer from Krabi airport and it worked without a hitch. It’s worth the extra bit to have a ride waiting rather than negotiate with the touts at arrivals. The Restaurant , The Breezy Bar , is attached to the hotel but run independently by Jun. The food is good and the staff excellent . As with all beachfront eateries, they offer a wonderful sunset experience .

Shower pressure was weak and lacked hot water . Oddly enough, the sink was ok. There was a sewer odour always present, more so in the nighttime . They tried to correct it with a deodorizer but it just minimized it. And the most glaring thing missing? No beach loungers! Those with rooms facing the water had their own but nothing for other guests. I had a pool access room so the sun beds were provided but nothing to lounge on when at the beach. I’d still recommend this hotel.

Beautiful location. View of pool and sea from the room. Pool beautiful and clean. Lovely size room, good air con. Lovely patio with 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds. Staff wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Cleaners lovely too. Breakfast which was included was very good. Nice freshly brewed coffee.. My pillow was very hard but the cleaner changed it to a nice soft one.

Only observation that umbrellas were not supplied on the patio. On our last day we were very kindly given one, but they should be supplied. The pool was so beautiful but sitting outside once the sun came round was too hot.

We had a beach front room and it was spacious and had a beautiful sea view right from the bed. We could hear the waves all night. The staff were amazing at this resort, especially Si in reception and Jum in the restaurant. They were both so helpful and entertaining. Those two staff members would make me come back to this resort again. Also, the food in the restaurant is very tasty. we also like the location, which is just away from the main bar area of khlong Nin but a short walk in either direction takes you to many restaurants and bars.

The bathroom and furniture is a little dated, but I think it is in line with the price we paid at Christmas.

The spacious room with air con, comfortable bed, steps away from beach, the friendly and helpful staff, the great pool. Excellent cocktails and bar snacks. Quiet and peaceful location. Great place to view the beautiful sunsets. The way the staff team worked hard and unobtrusively to make the resort a success. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Every room except ours had sun beds directly outside their room, our patio wasn’t big enough and the sun beds allocated to us were by the beach which understandably people thought were free to use. I would have preferred being spared the awkwardness of having to tell people to vacate the beds every time I wanted to sunbathe and it would have been better if the sunbeds were marked with our room number so people would know not to use them. The breakfast staff were lovely but the breakfast menu was monotonous and to be fair nearly all the restaurants and cafes tended to serve a very similar breakfast meal. The fruit for some reason was cut into the tiniest of pieces and unvaried, despite the sheer variety of delicious fruit available on the island.

Beachfront room with your own sunbeds and loungefurniture. The most beautiful view right from your bed. Lovely pool, great bar and restaurant. Staff was friendly, helpfull and made you feel right at home.

OMG, what a what place this is. The whole place is literally on the beach. If you book a beach view room, then you're actually "on the beach." And a 20-second walk until you're in the sea. The staff are brilliant. And treat you like a VIP immediately.. its location is in a great spot along the beautiful coast line. It's hard to put into words just how perfect a spot it is. It's off the beaten track a bit, and the roads are not all paved . But waking up with the beach on your doorstep, who cares? Would definitely go back to that place. It's like paradise.

Not booking enough days there.

The rooms are large and very comfortable. The air-conditioner worked like a bomb on those extremely hot and muggy days and our rooms opened up directly onto the pool which was very useful. 15 steps and you are on the beach which was fantastic. The staff were absolutely incredible. Zee and his front of house team were the best. They couldnt do enough to help and literally saved my daughter by arranging for her medication, which she left in the taxi in Bangkok to be delivered same day using their friends and family who were travelling to Koh Lanta that night. I would highly recommend Paradise Beach and Koh Lanta as a holiday destination.

The restaurant food wasnt great, but there are lots of good restaurants within a short distance.

The location, the seaside, the restaurant from te hotel and the swimmingpool. I also liked that they cleaned my room everyday.

Regarding the scooter rental: I had to leave my passport as a deposit, and unlike many other places, there was no option to leave a cash deposit instead. Also, the scooter I rented wasn’t in great condition — for example, the rear light wasn’t working. A tip: if you rent out scooters, it’s important to check they’re safe and fully functional. That said, I still enjoyed the experience overall.

Comfortable, attractive, clean rooms with good air-conditioning. The bathroom was great. Our room had a roomy balcony, which opened straight onto a beautiful beach vista. The staff are very friendly and absolutely go out of their way to ensure that your holiday is perfect. The staff at the front desk are exemplary, offering us practical advice regarding tours, taxis,and transfers. The beachfront restaurant is amazing. Great atmosphere and great food. Can't fault this experience.

Nothing at all.

I had one of the beach bungalows right on the beach. Felt like dream and I enjoyed every sunset to the max! The rooms are spacious and indeed could use a little update here and there, but the location right one te beach with your own terrace and sunbeds more then makes up for that. They also have a nice restaurant right at the beach and the staff is super friendly. They let me use the sunbeds after checkout for a couple of hours, that was no problem at all. I think that particular area is one of the nicest in Ko Lanta (more cosy then other spots) with some other nice beach restaurants as well.

The beach is a little rocky and therefore going into the water at low tide is a bit risky. I think it would be wise to inform guests about that upon arrival (I bumped my toe pretty badly).
