Accommodation exceeded our expectations. - First of all the staff was really nice and helpful, you can book everything in the reception - motorbike, speedboat/ferry to another destinations, daily trips, laundry (smelled very nice). - Breakfast was served every morning at the time we've chosen directly to our terrace and it was delicious. - Cleaning was done daily and the whole room including bathroom was always very clean. - I must highlight small details provided which I really appreciated - each bungalow has straw beach mat and beach bag with beautiful hand-painted Baan Pakgasri logo, it was so cute! Also outside shower and water hose in front of each bungalow was handy to wash yourself from sand before you enter bungalow. - The whole area was just beautiful - a lot of plants, sea view and the sound of the waves, it was just amazing. - The big plus is also Klong Nin beach, it's one of the best and calm beaches in Koh Lanta. Definitely will stay here again when we'll return to Koh Lanta.

The only thing which was not so perfect was hard mattress on the bed. But I slept always very well so at the end it was not so big problem. I also missed nightstands.

Everything! The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and quite a lot and delivered to your door. The location is great, everything important (scooter rentals, restaurants, 7/11, laundry…) is in walking distance. The beach is beautiful and clean and you have the sunset right in front. The beachfront room is lovely and the hot tub amazing. You can use the pool and restaurant from the Miami hotel as well, which was great.

Room looked out over the beach and sea modern feel with attention to detail. The was bed comfy, slept really well the waves lapping creating a restful ambiance. Breakfast served each morning on the veranda looking out over the sea. Beach was idyllic to waken up too, lovely, clean and not busy. Perfect for long walks on beach

No coffee facilities in room had to go to reception if you wanted a coffee or tea. Just a bit incontinent. Tiles on steps when wet were a bit slippy

Great location literally on the beach, comfortable and clean. Good bathroom and shower, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended.

They forgot to pick us up from the pier but immediately offered use of a neighbouring hotel pool as compensation and we're very apologetic. Perhaps double check on the day if you arrange a pick up

Great spot right on the beach. No shoes required as could walk straight out onto the lovely sandy beach. The perfect chill out spot . Bars and restaurants could be visited within 5 min walk along the sandy beach. Really friendly, breakfast served on balcony every day. Room cleaned daily . Thank you to all for making out trip to Koh Lanta special .

I loved my stay at this hotel. I had a beachfront room and loved how the room had its beach area raised above the room...this way i could set out chairs and sunbathe in a little more privacy than directly on the beach.

Although I had a little designated area in front of my room for beach and chairs...other guests would take the chairs and sit in front of my room. I paid for the beachfront and the privacy...I wish the other guests (who were not in a beachfront room) would have respected my space, asked to borrow chairs, and relaxed on the beach and not directly in front of my room. I started to feel like I was a guest in the space that I paid for.

This bungalow is the best! If you stay here book one if the 2 bungalows in the beach. Swimming is best at mid tide. We were unformed about the resort a short walk away where we could eat and swim in the pool as there is not a pool here but the position of the bungalow is amazing/ my first time being right in front of the ocean (I am an ocean lover)

Room windows especially the bathroom windows are very dirty and broken and ,need replacing.. Bathroom very shabby and dated mouldy and broken tiles. Jacuzzi bath broken. Cobwebs on ceiling that can only.be seen at night . Bedside lights need bulbs changing to warm white very cold and too clinical. . Bed and pillows very hard. Broken and old plastic furniture, broken wood around and under the bungalows. No sunloungers even in premium beach front bungalows . Only cheap plastic stained and broken chairs . This Little resort needs the owners to spend some money on the bungalows and some outdoor furniture. The location right on the beach is superb but it could be a lot better with some TLC

We loved absolutely everything about Baan Pakgasri, from the staff to our accommodation to our breakfasts each morning.

Most beautiful place I stayed in Thailand!! Will definitely come back, it’s right by the beach and is quiet and peaceful. You can also have access to the resort just 5 minutes down the road without being around any noise. Plus the hospitality was superb ❤️❤️❤️
