We liked the location and the grand view from the villa. It was a fairly new villa so everything was fresh. Staff was friendly and the hired chef team cooked excellent food.

It is the same problem as in all villas I have rented. The writen guide is focused on what they want to sell and not what you need. Always missing, alcohol, washing detergents, great beaches and not tours, when things are open.

The Villa Wave2 is located almost equidistant between Chaweng and Lamai beaches. The villas are situated on a hill slide with a stunning view of the ocean. Our Villa (A1) was a 3BR (2 full BR and 1 with bunk bed) with ensuite bath and a bath tub in the room as well with a large attached balcony. The Living room/ Kitchenette was on the upper level facing the plunge infinity pool. The rooms have a large LED TV as well. The quality of the furniture, fittings were all excellent. The hall comes with a dining table and 2 large 3-seater sofas and a very large LED TV. The breakfast service was super, with 2 chefs bringing fresh produce to cook it fresh and serve it to you within 15-20 minutes, all with professional service set up on the table etc. There are choices of English/Continental breakfast, Muffins, Pancakes, Croissants etc to order from. The Housekeeping service is normally every 2 days but we requested a daily service which was provided. All things considered, the Wave2 villas are an excellent choice if you want a secluded private villa not in the main shopping areas. The Lamai/Chaweng beaches are around 12-15min by taxi costing 400B one way, which is not expensive.

While there were lots of positives, I would list down the following as "feedback" rather than negatives : - Lack of amenities (tea/ coffee/ sugar) in the kitchenette (although the kitchenette had crockery, cutlery etc) - these were provided when requested (but they should have been there in the first instance, a very basic need) - Bathrobe & bath slippers were not provided initially, these are "on request"

No towel change - they said they change towels every 3 nights and we booked 3 nights so we had to use the same pool and shower towels. Not ideal, we shower twice a day and use the pool 3 times a day. On the basement room A/C didn’t work well. Shower - was the worst experience I ever had. Water temp was either boiling hot or extremely cold, none of the rooms had hot water, staff told us it’s because there’s a different boiler for every room , unfortunately nothing worked even after we spoke with the property manager about it. Anyway they were nice and helpful but shower was a nightmare

the villa we fell in love with , service was great , communication was clear & very very helpful. they arrang the pick up to drop off for us from airport , which was very helpful as large family group. we asked to arrang a car , got it in less then hour . floating breafast which my wife & kids loved it ,which was freashly cooked only for us by the chef in front of us , breakfast decorated lovely . it was our last destination of holidays , we enjoy the whole stay , awesome weather. speachless view from the place itself . staff was super helpfull ,Arisa who looked after us & even answerd the question litterely mid night too .she was very good to communicate & make the plan happen staright away . Thanks a lot to her Lovely & helpfull nature .thanks to all staff too .

The staff were brilliant especially Tangmo who made our lives so much easier by helping to arrange transport, locating a local chef to make a Thai meal in one of the 2 villas we had. The buggy drivers were always smiling no matter how many times we had to go up and down the steep hill to the road/taxi. The views are stunning and we spent a lot of time swimming in the infinity pool at each villa admiring the ever changing sea and sky. Staff kept the villas immaculately clean, the air conditioning was strong in each room and living area and beds very comfortable.

It's a little far from Chaweng and Lamai restaurants so you will need to take a taxi. This includes all food and alcohol supplies. You will also need to stock up on drinking water the first day. They provide three 1.5 litre bottles the first day in each villa but that will only last you half a day.

Very spacious villa, amazing infinity pool and spectacular views!

Great hosts, helped us arrange food/taxis/trips/massage. Always helpful via whatsap and answered my questions within minutes. We loved crystal beach which was close but traveled to a few beaches easily. The pool and view were outstanding.

Thwre was not really anything that i didnt like but if we have to write something in this box 'didnt like', then i guess we needed to get a very short taxi ride to beach as the walk was on a main road with no sidewalk , but it didn't spoil our fun at all and was cheap and easy to arrange.

Beautiful villa situated between bophut and lamai. On a hill so would definitely need transportation. We hired a car for our stay. Villa clean, bedding immacualte and good quality, good cooking facilities if staying in, pool amazing eith fantastic views, and 7 eleven and lotus shops near by for food shopping etc. Very quiet resort - not for loud people/ families. There is a security man onsite overnight - staff could not help enough. A couple of power cuts were had during our stay but were resolved within a few hours - staff came to check if we needed anything as was night time. Very considerate.

Amazing villa in Koh Samui. Room were very spacious with very comfortable beds. Loved the high ceiling roofs with the ability to open up the doors to the pool completely. Would recommend hiring out a scooter to navigate to the rooms and the island, as it is a very steep hill to get to the villas.

There was some construction going on in our street on the way out and at times had sand on the ground for 2 days, had to be careful going down there with our scooters.

very well maintained property.. went with my family for a holiday. the manager was very sweet . we booked two villas, there was a buggy to transfer us from one villa to another. Baby bed was given to accommodate my infant. Really happy with the location and the best view is from here.
