Excellent service by the host. I was really pleased with their accommodation. We checked in late at night and had to checkout late as well but the host and the caretaker were so kind to fulfill our requests. Our room and washroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast was also really nice. I had to spend a lot of time looking at the river while enjoying the breakfast as it was such a lovely sight! Would definitely recommend to anyone who want to look for a nice homely stay by the riverside, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This is a beautiful , clean chic little gem of a place , like a little boutique hotel , immaculately clean, modern and stylishly furnished, perfectly placed for nonthaburi pier, the rooms have everything you will need, was pleased to find on arrival 2X bottles of water, 2x snacks , 1 instant noodle pot, two little cakes, and all the tea/ coffee you would need for one night. The bed was comfy and new like everything else, inc immaculate bed linen , bath and hand towels, AC is super quiet and perfect 👌🏻 , 2 balconies came with my room, one more utilising , the other, over looking the chai yo praia peaceful , quiet picturesque , immaculate , after a peaceful night of a hellish previous day, headed down to the beautiful indoor / outdoor option restaurant for the inclusive breakfast, beautiful friendly attentive staff promptly served a perfectly cooked English style breakfast, inc 2 x bacon, 1 sausage ( Asian style ) 👌🏻 2 x eggs perfectly cooked , two white toast, with butter and fruit preserves , mixed salad , water, coffee and small Mellon desert . . Superb 👌🏻 I tried to stay another night here, but ofcourse , it had no availability ! 😔 don’t think about booking this place like I did . . Just book it And enjoy ! This was a beautiful place to sit and relax and enjoy the view of the river. They provided simple bar snacks for free and they catered for my vegetarian needs for the breakfast. This does not feel like you are in a big city, in fact within walking distance (about 10 minutes) are local shops and markets. There is only one neighboring food place with Thai food and if it doesn't suit you, you can order outside delivery to the hotel. If you are looking for a busy city vibe with lots of food options from a variety of countries, this is not the place. This is a relaxed get out of the busy city place where you will need to use your own transport or use public transport to get into the busy city.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly, they made special effort, gave necessary information and went extra mile to help facilitate my stay. The river view was lovely from the balcony on the 4th floor. The breakfast was good, they arranged American breakfast in a Thai wooden trey, it was pretty lovely. Body lotion was provided in the bathroom and yes free snacks were provided in the room as well. If you fancy street food market, you can also have a short walk to one at the pier, plenty of food there and there’s also 7/11 shop in the market. Highly recommended !

Wifi could be improved.

The breakfast was excellent every morning and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Its proximity to pier 30 made it a perfect way to get into the city.

The only weakness was the shower water pressure but otherwise impeccable.

The breakfast was very good. The owner and staff are wonderful.

No fault of their own but the earthquake hit 2 hours after arriving. But the staff informed us of procedures if there was additional aftershocks.

Very clean and the staff was very friendly. Room had a great view of the river. Make sure to ask for one!

Internet is VERY hit and miss. It will disconnect for at random times.

Breakfast is nice and the location is fine and convenient to go every where. The owner gives a lot of attention to the customers.The staffs are help full. The environment is good, nice view and quiet not too noisy!

I like this place as a home.

It's not located on a touristy area, rather, it's located in a residential area. Though it's located on a lane, it's considerably safe to be walking alone.

It'll be quite hard to get drinks and food. But the owner is very helpful. Just let her know what you need.
