It was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever been in, the bathroom looked like it had never been used it was exceptional in terms of cleanliness the rest of the room and Hotel matched up. One thing the app said that there is no parking space available, that's completely wrong the car park at the hotel is huge 👍

My only gripe would be the mattress was too soft for me, but I have a really hard mattress at home most people would be happy with the soft one

The hotel is on a big road and was easy to find. Clean and nice big facility. Beds where very nice which for me means hard and large. The rooms size was good and the furniture ok. Stayed on the 8th floor and it was nice and quiet. Elevators work fast and easy. Good parking for the car. Staff helpful and smiling. Internet was working also well. Very big and good night market just few steps from the hotel.

The breakfast was only for Thai people? No international? Had to cook your own eggs, no ham, sausage, bacon or cheese. No tomato, cucumber or salad. Just 6 different Thai soups! No fresh bread only toast mainly. The coffee selection was good.

Hotel is a little outdated, but rooms are large, clean and quiet. It has a small, but well equipped gym/fitness centre and nice pool, along with activities for children, such as a basketball hoop with ball provided. Breakfast is great, with one of the best selections I've seen in Korat. Apart from two large restaurants in the building, there is a night market with large food area just down the road, and the hotel also sets up a stall and tables outside in the evenings. Central plaza is a short drive away with multiple food and shopping options too.

I stayed in this hotel in 2012 when it was called the Dusit Princess. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it has been upgraded since then. It was great in 2012, now even better. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff did a good job. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet for TBT 180 per person. Free, ample parking was nice. It was possible to walk to the Thao Surayaree ( Ya mo) monument from the hotel.

Not much to dislike. I can't think of anything at the moment, especially for the price I paid.

I paid £302 for a ten night stay while visiting my wife's family. The hotel is very clean and although the rooms are a little dated they are comfortable. Swimming pool is nice as is the gym. Bar area and restaurant comfortable and I found all staff to be friendly and helpful. There is a night market next to the hotel every evening that has everything from clothes to food and drink all at very reasonable prices. Taxis readily available at hotel to the Mall , Terminal 21 and any where else in town you want to go for around 150Tbh. I really enjoyed my stay and feel I got excellent value for money.

Nothing really anything to complain about at this price. Maybe just one thing of note is as the hotel caters mainly for guests from neighbouring Asian countries breakfast choices that we are used to in the UK were limited.

An older hotel with charm. It had everything I needed and was a pleasant stay. Was happy to find a nearby night market and BBQ restaurant. It looked like there was a nice dinner for guests too - but chose to explore the neighbor hood. Lobby had lots of seating areas with bar/restaurant and conveniences. The room was overall dated but clean and comfortable. Would stay again in the future.

The bed was a bit hard but overall comfortable.

It's an excellent and quiet hotel with professional, well English speaking, staff. There is a big bar and entertainment area not so far away, easy to get there by taxi. We had the suite, and it has a big bathtub as well as a shower. Unlike in other hotels, the temperature of the water can be set high enough to fill up the bathtub quickly, so no worries about a bath at swimming pool temperature.

Hotel staff was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding..

Room cleanliness could have been a little better, but I was satisfied. The room accommodated my needs very well. I would have liked to have a iron in the room.

Large, clean room, good internet, comfy bed, good lighting, the pond and beautiful trees on the property. I really enjoyed the breakfast.

If you don't speak Thai, its a bit difficult. And if climbing/descending stairs is a challenge, it may not be a good choice for you.

Good location

Staffs while check-in, not check on each room guest and told that we need to pay an extra for breakfast as we selected one guest per room but actually not we book for 2 per room. Also not even said sorry when said in the wrong information without checking.
