Absolutely amazing view from the room! All areas very clean with a great restaurant at the top serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Brilliant staff who offered to give a free shuttle into Pai centre, this is walkable but nice to offer a lift! Didn’t realise that there was a pool which was a lovely surprise when we got there! No complaints at all, would love to come back at some point!

Nice studio with a great balcony and the view from there. We had a room with small jacuzzi on the balcony, used it and absolutely loved it. The room is a bit uphill, but if you’re reasonably fit you manage the few steps effortless. I found some reviews here about having to climb the hill completely exaggerated. We walked into town and back, it’s really not that far.

Wow, literally everything about this place was amazing! I stayed in the Deluxe Room Spa Bath. Literally overlooks the jungle, with a jet tub on a huge balcony patio. The room was great, and the bed was so comfortable (a rarity with Thailand hotels). The breakfast was outstanding, I highly recommend getting it. There’s a broad selection of items, and they bring it to your room each morning. The Banana Roti may in fact be the best I’ve had, like a perfect flaky pastry treat with breakfast, a must have!! On the edge of town, so nice and quiet, but only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Pai. Staff is great, everything is great, it’s the only place I’ll stay when I come back to Pai:)

The views were amazing. We did not have to go find other viewpoints in the area, as it was from our room and the scenic overlook pavilion. The staff could not have been more friendly. The breakfast was good, but delivered cold. As we were there during the cold season, having a heater in the room was very nice.

The biggest change I would make in the panorama room is to put a shower curtain around the tub area. Water gets everywhere and then the guest has to deal with that water all day. Also, the beds were a little too hard for my liking, and the pillows offered little head support. If you plan any renovations to the room, add more electrical outlets, a desk and chair to work at, and places to put your toiletries. Placing them on the tub gets everything wet as the water splashes all over the room.

Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful with everything needed. The view from the room is absolutely stunning, for those wishing to get a break and just grab a moment of peace it is the perfect place. The staff cleans the room as you request. They have free shuttle service to the city and back so it is comfortable for those who don’t rent a motorcycle. Cons: The place is in nature so there some animals and ants, if you’re bothered by that.

The breakfast was excellent and brought to the room. We particularly loved the banana rotis. The hotel is on the side of a hill so the view from our room was breathtaking! Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was a cute cafe with view point with more stunning views of the mountains. there is a small pool to cool off in when the heat gets too much. Staff were incredibly helpful and the shuttle service to the centre of town was great.

The sun loungers by the pool need an upgrade.

Location is fabulous. Only 5 minutes from Pai, but still feels like you're secluded with privacy! Without a doubt the best stay we've had in a while. Super soft beds, AMAZING FOOD at a great price, and the icing on the cake.. the employees. Tooie & Jack made us feel so welcomed! Stayed for three days and didn't need to leave the resort for anything! They had it all!

Honestly, there wasn't a thing I could improve. Maybe, just maybe, I could say the driveway to the resort was a tad muddy/bumpy. Driving that in the rain may be a little inundating.

i stayed in thailand for 17 days and stayed at 7 different hotels. and this was my favorite. The view from the bed is amazing at sunset, and the balcony is good for photos. the food is amazing, bannana roti delevired to your door at 6am anyone? my wife loved there spicy fried rice. i didnt even use the pool. but great hiking trail with lots of foreigners on it walking distance to the hotel.

The only negative thing i can think of is that it's a pretty steep hill to the hotel and restaurant to walk up.

View, privacy, needs met. Not being central didnt matter because they offer a free ride into town and back if you return before 9pm. Fantastic breakfasts served at the time you requested at your room. You could then eat on your private porch in fron tof the view

TV in first room I stayed in didnt work. I was told every day that it was going to be fixed. They changed my room where a TV was working after I told them I would give them a bad review if they didnt fix the TV

The view from the room was spectacular! I loved waking up in the morning and sitting out on the balcony. I also enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. Although it did take a really long time to fill up. But once it did, it was really nice.

Unfortunately, the properties very dated. Old linens towels, etc. I even had some holes in my bedspread. But on the other hand, the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I am not brave enough to rent a motorbike so walking up the hill was a little challenging, but I was up for it.
