I really enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse! The bungalow I stayed in was very simple and basic but perfect for me. The little porch was a real blessing, with table, chairs and hammock! The bed was confortable. There is a common kitchen where one can make a quick salad, tea, coffee and a fridge to use. The location was just great for me as in a little road with very little traffic, completely immersed in nature. 20 mins walking to town, though there are many good restaurants around, and closer to the waterfalls!

With a bit of extra maintenance this place would be really amazing! Cleanliness could be improved

We got a house just by the pond, so it was really pleasant to chill on the hammock just by the water. The location is very quiet, but in the same time next to 2-3 great places for breakfast (Changpai cafe with an amazing view, The house Cafe with 3 turtles!) and other local gastronomies. It's also very close to the Big Buddha. You feel surrounded by nature and it's a 20 min walk to the town. The house was clean, be prepared to see small lizards outside :) The owner is very helpful, smiley and kind. We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay in Pai :)

It wasn't a big issue for us, but just so you know, the bathroom's ceiling is open, so you can be heard :p and you should always close the bathroom doors, so no insects get inside the room.

The bungalows are very picturesque and well positioned facing towards the little pond. There are lots of arty quirks around the property like the interesting bathrooms and the different windows in the door frame. It’s quite at night as it’s away from the crowded centre which is great. Beds are firm as almost every bed in Thailand (which I don’t mind). Nice host. Thanks for the stay!

The bungalow seemed much smaller than on the picture. There are two types of bungalows and it wasn’t clear on the images which one we booked. It still was lovely but hard to walk through with two people in the room. No Moskito nets over the bed or around the doors. It would help as the bathroom is basically outside and the front doors will have to stay open for a bit to get some air in. The communal kitchen could also be a little cleaner. Only little improvements, but it would make it much better in my opinion :)

The bungalow was incredible, the balcony with the hammock and the view of the garden was the best part of it. The area was very relaxing as you could hear the sounds of nature. The room itself is quite small but has all the necessary utilities including furniture to store your belongings. The bed is very comfortable, one of the best I slept in Thailand. Highly recommend it and will go back when I come back to Pai.

The location is a bit far away from the town around 20 minutes by foot, or 5 minutes by bike, but this means the neighborhood is closer to nature and very quiet. The toilet is attached to the room and not fully closed, making it easy for bugs to get inside. On my first day, I discovered a nest of Asian hornets, but after notifying the host he immediately took care of the situation and removed the nest.

I had such a lovely stay at this guest house. It gave me the rest time I was looking for. Not only that the owner is super kind and helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable and happy. I extended my stay from 1 week to 4 weeks. I loved my time in pai and my bungalow was perfect. Got a discount booking direct. Surrounded my trees and nature, its just beautiful. I walked to town and also hired a bike from just around the corner. Good cafes close by.

The WiFi was a bit in and out during big rains. Although I was still able to video chat with my friends and family.

Loved staying here so much! The hut was spacious enough for a longer stay. The room was cool, the sound of the insects at night and in the morning made me so happy. The wee kitchen was great for basics, and there is a cafe close by that is soooo serene – amazing place.

As with most traditional Thai accommodations, it's not super sound proof, so you can expect to hear your neighbours. The outdoor toilet did mean there are many, many mosquitos! And no mosquito net, however keeping the doors closed was an easy fix.

Off the main town and main road, but close enough to easily access it. It feels like you're immersed in nature as all of the bungalows are surrounded by plants and flowers. The space was great for a solo getaway and base to work as well, as there was a desk inside and the WiFi worked great.

Because the area is so quiet, any sound becomes very audible. Therefore if the windows and doors are not closed next door neighbours can be heard entirely. It then changed the vibe a little bit, which is a shame because it was lovely otherwise.

Comfortable welcoming and secure place to spend a few nights. The mud house room was cool and spacious with my own private little sala with a hammock and table. Close to everything, even the best Pai breakfast is 150m away. The welcome from the host was very genuine and considerate, showing me all i needed to know to enjoy my stay.

The paint used in the bathroom will not stop water molding and although the bathroom was very clean, it didnt look so because of stains from water...take the bamboo out?

Absolutely amazing place! We booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 7 nights in total. The owner is very nice and at hand for any queries. Super quiet and peaceful place. Walkable to nice restaurants and bars and town is probably 15 minute walk - fine in the day but take a tuktuk or moped at night as the road is dark with no pavement. All the bungalows have a private chill area which was great to relax on. 10/10 recommend and great value.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the accommodation had everything needed for a few good nights of sleep. I would recommend this place for its affordability, distinctive features, and calm atmosphere.
