Must have a scooter for this accommodation. 5 min ride into town but such a good spot and away from the party and power cuts. Super comfortable room and big. The toilet is separated from the shower by a retaining wall haha hard to find in Thailand. The bed was the most comfortable bed in Thailand as well. Great to have your own little house so close to town but still can enjoy nature and have your privacy. The staff are friendly and parking is easy. Cheap and comfortable rooms just 5 mins outside of Pai.

It is a very lovely place to stay if you want some peace and to be in the nature. I had a beautiful Mountain View from the porch of my house. The area and the room are neat and well kept. The staff is very helpful, when I needed to go to town if they were at the reception, they would give me a ride to the center. Hot water in the shower, comfy bed, fridge, very good wifi, everything you need!

I don’t drive a motorbike and it is a bit distant from the center.

- amazingly quiet, sometimes you can hear a vehicle from the street but overall pretty quiet - you are in the nature - super friendly and helpful staff - the owner is the most beautiful Thailand woman I have ever seen in the one month stay in Thailand - great location; it takes around 2-3 minutes with the scooter to get to the city center and around 6 minutes to the sunset spots (opposite direction to city) - the owner was so nice and drove us to a scooter renting shop who has reasonable price and is very friendly - the owner drove us with her car to the bus station

- we forgot to close the window in the night and almost frozen to death; ok it was not so cold but it was quite cold. The next nicht we closed the window and everything was good 👌(January) - they were very fully booked so that we couldn‘t book more days. They are too great. Actually that is not a negative point. It is more likely a positive point 😂

Very spacious room with kitchen space (fridge, cupboard and sink). We Had a House of our own with Veranda and Green sourroundings. Good that all Windows Had mosquito nets. Lovely to Hear the chickens and the cocks in the morning. Is is Just a 5 Minute Bike Ride into Town.

Unfortunately a big street is literary infront of the premisses so the Traffic especially the Motorbikes can bei Heard quite Well. Although there is a kitchen area in the House, there is No oven, Microwave or anything to Heat Up a meal. No cutlery, No plates. Just 2 Cups for instant Coffee and a kettle. We spent 4 nights there and there was No towel Change and the bins have Not been emptied.

Located just a 10 minute walk from west he hustle and bustle of downtown Pai, the property is very tranquil and relaxing. The grounds and bungalows are very well maintained. The rooms themselves are spacious and nicely furnished. The owner was kind enough to get us a free taxi ride into town when she saw I had difficulty walking. Overall, our stay there though short was excellent!

Loved the location, just out of town. The bungalow was big with lots of windows and natural light. Comfy bed. Nice porch. Beautiful garden type location.

The bungalows are pretty close to road so there is some traffic noise, but I found it pretty quiet at Night. The bungalow has big steep steps, not a problem for me, but could be challenging for some people.

The room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, good water pressure and hot water availability, I did not use AC since room is quite cool, it was clean.

The only problem I see is that my room was over looking to the main road so views were not great and you could hear the traffic passing by. You will need a means of transportation. But the reality is that at this price it's difficult to find better.

Lovely place just outside the main area of Pai, very peaceful and comfortable. Stunning garden that’s lovingly cared for each day by the lovely members of staff. Too far to walk so would recommend getting a scooter

A mirror in the bedroom/ kitchen would have been useful!

Cottages were really nice and spacious. Facilities were clean and room was made up daily. Our favorite accommodation so far in our trip

Bit of a walk into town to rent motorcycles and was located near a bar that was a little noisy at night. Never went on too late though

Very spacious, whole place to yourself, fresh water everyday. Has a fridge, a kettle and all you would need for your stay. You need a bike as with most places in Thailand, owner kindly gave us a lift to pick up a bike

Location was a bit far from town, but no issue with a bike
