Amazing hotel, our room was clean and spacious overlooking the pool, staff are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet is really good. They sent us a chocolate gift to our room because we were celebrating our anniversary. They had New Year Eve dinner at the hotel the seafood buffet and party was amazing.

The location was good . The hotel overall is good . Food was good but very limited vegan options during breakfast. The team was good . Our first room was very good (4103) but the pool access room was not that great (1101) I think . One it was noisy as was next to the water filtration pump .

Quite irritating to keep paying for the various services. They don't charge it to the room . Though housekeeping was good but not consistent. The other room where we moved did not have a soap bar on the vanity counter. The shower cubicle silicone had mould and water pressure was good in the first room

The lady at the check-in desk, Sophia. She was professional and treated my 4 years old son extremely well. My son got attached to her almost instantly. The staff at the Kids club was also very good and true to the children. The breakfast was good, we did like the choices and the Movenpick ice cream cart. We will absolutely return.

The kidz club didn't have enough toystoys and entertainment. Luckily, the lady inside was extremely good to the children. Otherwise, there's no reason to visit the kids' club.

Hotel need little maintenance , swimming pool very deep , and that rocks on pull damages a lot of foots

The hospitality of the staff The spacious and beautiful room The comfy bed The free shuttle to and from the beach or the mall The extra clean swimming pool The gym is also nice and empty when I use them There was chocolate complimentary at the loby at checkin time. The location is close to restaurants, minimarket, massage places.

If you want to go to bangla road at night time or catch the sunset at central patong beach, you need to take the tuktuk. Shuttle operates until 4pm only. And it is quite far to walk, so need to take the tuktuk.

The hours of breakfast from 6:30-10:30 was brilliant as we wanted to get up late on some days but had to be out very early for some excursions so this worked really well for us. However, the breakfast choices were somehow lacking but they did have lots of bread types and cakes.

It's a bit petty for a 5-star hotel to charge 50 baht for a small laundry bag from the room. We don't use anything else in the rooms like the teas, coffees, shower caps, soaps etc, but we do sometimes use the laundry bags to put our dirty washing or wet swim suits in but it's the first time we ever got charged for it.

The rooms were spacious. Soft huge bed. Great variety of breakfast and excellent room service menu. Pool access was great. Chocolate hour on point. Shower pressure excellent.

The bar fridge wasn’t really working. For what you pay for a premium room I think they should supply free drinks at minimum like other hotels do. I just didn’t think it was worth paying $420 per night. The spa service was quite unprofessional. The ladies were talking between themselves the entire 1.5 hours that my husband and I were having a treatment done. They were huffing and puffing around for 15 minutes before they took us in- was just really disorganised for the premium price you pay. I wouldn’t use their spa again for that reason. Not the fault of the hotel but lots of loud guests.

First and most important thing to mention in my review is the excellent staff. All of the staff are so friendly and each of the teams are very smartly dressed in their respective uniforms making them look so professional. You can clearly see the restaurant and pool bar teams work together as a team to ensure the guests are receiving a first class customer service. A special mention to all of the Azure Pool Bar team Hafiz, Sunshine, Nana, Aom, Selena, Honey and Key for the friendly service we received from them every day, especially Sunshine who is aptly named. To keep my review short I’ll just list some of the other things that were good about this hotel: Cleanliness, good housekeeping, nice food with a good selection, good location, nice sized rooms and the bed is amazingly comfortable.

Easy to list things not so good about this hotel. I couldn’t think of anything no matter how I try.

Location was a key factor in our pleasure as a family of 6. It was near by everything. Beach was less than ten minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast had everything any of us wanted with good quality and taste. Room was spascious and clean. Bed was enormous and comfortable. Chocolate hour from 2-3PM was a fun bonus. The concierge made it easier for us to make mutiple bookings to shows and trips. We also rented the car with driver of the one day for 8 hours which we used to visit a number of distant locations.

The lack of an efficient Engliah language was pretty inconvenient. I can not comprehend how a five star hotel staff can go on with such language disability. Communication took a long time and was mostly missed.

1. location is good (5 minutes walk to Patong beach) 2. facilities are good 3. breakfast was very good as well as lunch and dinner (very delicious) 4. staff in restaurant were the ones I would highlight and especially Alex who was super helpful, kind and always ready to help

1. there was a constant noise coming from the ceiling, something like plumbing issues, out of 7 nights in 5 we were troubled by this noise
