The location is excellent near everything you would need, I did not use the pool because it was on the 6th floor but it looks clean. the room is perfect size-wise, and the balcony view was comfortable.

-A little shake in the bed when changing the position during sleep. The basin faucet needs to be bigger.

Properties in a perfect location just a short walk to the lively Bangla Road close to multiple delicious eateries and convenience stores and pharmacies. Should we have needed anything? The markets were 50 m away and with delicious food options we did become regulars . We loved the pool used it every day in the morning in the afternoon . The rooms are a decent size kept nice and clean. Beds are made and housekeeping done every day although overall the hotel could use some refurbishment. It is absolutely comfortable just the way it is. The staff could not do enough to help you always greeting you with a smile. We had no issues staying at this hotel and would happily come back.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Phuket, and my experience (by the way, I am quite experienced and a frequent traveller) was nothing short of fantastic! One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning rooftop pool, offering breathtaking emotions that made for a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Thailand—it's truly a hidden gem!

Nice friendly hotel staff with a lovely big reception area where there is a bar that sells drinks and coffee. Room was very spacious clean and well maintained nice clean walk in shower free water and tea and coffee every day loved the roof top swimming pool again nicely maintained and clean with sun loungers. The hotel provides and wishing and ironing services for 120 thb which was very convenient and handy. The location of the hotel is about 20 minutes walk to the beach and it is quite a nice walk 7/11 just around the corner and a nice market just over the road. Around lovely clean and well maintained hotel with professional staff willing to help where they can.

Nothing really much of a veiw from my room as looks on a building right next door.

Conveniently located within a minutes walk of Malin Plaza, Thai Siam is a very good choice for stay at Patong. Walk for 7-8 minutes and you are at the main beach street of Patong. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and proactive with offering stuff like beach towels. Rooms are well kept and stocked, and cosy. If there is one thing we would have liked was if they had given us both the rooms on the same floor. We were a family of four in two rooms and having two rooms separated by two floors was a bit of a challenge.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly, many good food options nearby, easy walk to Patong Beach, pool deck was clean and relaxing, room was very big and the coffee/tea and bottled water was a great touch, big shower with hot water

Hotel is located near a traffic roundabout and can sometimes be challenging to cross road, location is about a 10 minute walk to the beach so if you are one who wants to step out onto the sand it may not work.

I recommend it to anybody, looking for a great, inexpensive place to stay. Not in the heart of Patong, not on the beach, but it's very nice and affordable.

This is a good place providing great price/quality ratio. The location is excelent, near busy street, but quiet inside. Staff very polite and ready to help. Daily room service, rooms clean enough. Some beds are stiff,, some beds are softer(we had 2 rooms), but it still comfortable. Market is near by as are mini-stores, massage, caffe and etc.

Actually its not that I did not like something. Sometimes it may become noisy due to sound in hall as walls are probably thin. I like more light available in the room, but for majority it may be enough. Yet those are small things considering low price.

Centrally located. Clean room. Good bed. Bar area next to the reception. Restaurants and beach close by. Hotel on a corner. Not too much noise. Nice helpfull staff. BEAUTIFUL pool area, big with ashtonishing waaauw views.

Other guests were really very noisy. Shouting and smashing with doors. I mentioned it at reception and the receptionist apoligized for it. No breakfast. My room on floor 2 was very dark. And only 3 meters from the balcony of the hotel next door.

Everything clean, daily cleaning service with new towels..no smells in room, bed was confortable, location was quite.. All was working in room, AC, shower, fridge, safe.. There was a small, clean pool on roof, but as the see was not far, I didnt use much.. Staff was always smiling and very kind, helpful. Location was great..ca 10minutes walk from beach, near was great market with food, laundry service…
