I liked the room, it's clean, comfortable, has good air conditioning, TV and very good Wi-Fi.The hotel is nice, the service is good, it's close to the beach and restaurants, and it has a good location. I recommend it to future travelers.🇨🇴🇦🇺

The property manager is very helpful, and the staff are very good and polite. There is a food market and 7eleven at 2 mins walking distance which makes the property ideal. The swimming pool is accessible 24*7, and it’s very clean.

Rooms were great and accommodated our family, I think maybe a revap on the bathroom area would be great for the hotel. But overall great rooms for the money spent.

the location was good as it was pretty much across the street from a 7/11 and also a nice and short walk (10ish mins) to the beach. At that part of the beach too there’s a bus stop where buses go to Phuket Old Town and other locations so it’s handy. You’re close to food stalls, markets and some restaurants as well. The hotel also offers a motorbike and car rental at a good rate which we used to rent a car for the day it was raining. The staff are very friendly, asking each day how your day went and making sure everything was going okay for you. They even offered and lent us umbrellas the day it was raining free of charge. The room was also a good size and the pool area upstairs offered a nice view where we watched sunset too. There is also a small lift which is great for accessibility to each floor and for your luggage.

Not sure if it’s the same for all rooms but our fridge didn’t work and the water pressure of the shower was not the best. The shower also didn’t provide hot water the first day we used it but the staff were very apologetic, assuring me it would become hot after 10/15 mins (it didn’t, but it was hot the rest of our stay) The walls also seemed thin as we heard the person in the room next to us and their tv, although this might be that they were loud but either way it was apparent.

this place is really good value for money. the location is good right next to a night market as well as 7 eleven and pharmacy close by. the staff is very friendly if you need anything they are available 24/7 . the facilities are really great lovely pool on 6th floor and our room was amazing great big shower, big bed not too hard and most importantly the WiFi is super fast

if you want to go to the beach it’s a 5-10 minute walk but you can easily rent a scooter here as well if you don’t like walking.

Friendly staff, good location. they cleaned the rooms everyday without asking. Felt very safe there during our stay.

Perfect location near the malin plaza and 5-10 minutes to the beach walking, 20 min to Bangla Street. The owners were so nice. They have a restaurant in the hotel. Big room and great balcony.

It was not a little bit dirty, floor with womans hair and the pools water was more green than blue... apart from that good place for the prize you pay.

The location was perfect for us, 10 minute walk to the beach 15 minute walk to Bangla road. Right beside the accommodation is Milan Plaza, food and clothes market. We ate here multiple nights, food was great! 7/11 across the road. Rooftop pool was a big bonus, lovely temperature and well looked after.
