I stayed at Issara Beach Resort for 4 nights. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, food stalls, shops and a local market right behind the building. It’s convenient for exploring Patong and I felt safe during my stay. The staff were friendly which I really appreciated. They do have a swimming pool which looked nice although I didn’t get a chance to use it due to my schedule. Overall, despite the lack of cleaning service, my stay was still okay because of the great location. With some improvements in room maintenance and housekeeping this could be a much better place to stay in Patong.

I was a bit disappointed that no housekeeping was done during my stay. Unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at in Thailand where rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed but here no one came to clean the room, change the towels or refill the complimentary water. Also, the towels provided were quite old and had visible holes and damage.

The rooftop pool was fantastic! And the location was great, above the markets but quiet inside the room. Small balcony but fit 2 chairs & table. The staff were very helpful when we had a medical emergency.

The cleaning after arrival was almost nonexistent. When we heard staff around, we took them our rubbish and got towels changed. Even with a please clean room sign, it didn’t happen.

At least there was a bed in which I could sleep. Last four of ten times I booked in booking.com I couldn't sleep in the place as they said they don't work with booking no more. No apologies from booking.com, no devolution of any money after paying ,no help with finding any other option. To be honest no customer service from booking.com AT ALL. Very bad way of treating customers using your service for 20 years. Sad to see such a big company full of SCAMS. I won't be using booking.com till they apologize and compensate their mistakes and lack of attention.

To be honest, The prices hotel and the quality match well. The rooms are very cozy and also have a balcony, but they need to put some chairs or small sofabeds or couches in this huge room. The location is perfect, Mr.Ali is a great person and always polite. Whenever you need something Mr. Ali is there to answer your question.

The hotel going to be renovated, I think they will do better. Especially the bathroom needs a shower cabin, the curtain is not so healty!

Hotel is clean and well maintained, Very Near to Patong beach . walkable distance to seven eleven store. lots bike rentals near by and night markets also. overall ,it was pleasant stay. Pool on the 6th floor and snookers in the lobby for entertainment. Staff is kind when approached.

Location is the best in patong beach. The hotel has an awesome rooftop pool for sweet sunsets. The rooms are very nice with balcony to watch sunrise over hills. The owners and staff do a phenomenon job keeping hotel well managed and very clean. Great hotel

The check in was good ! All the hotel was clean, I was there for 2 night and every day we have clean service, it was surprise for as 👌 We had a beautiful view in the terrace also there are a swimming pool with clearly water.
