absolutely located on great location everything is on walking distance and the foodmarker next doors was perfect!! nice pool area and nice rooms!

we booked this hotel 6 moths in advance and requested a specific room as we are traveling with a 3 year old.. and we requested for a areal check-in.. no response at all trough the booking.com chat.. by arrival we had to wait 4 hours to enter the room after we had a 24 hour flight travel.. we didn’t get the room we requested for.. showers where not “hot” in room 604 south building and the hotel itself needs a bit of maintenance.. we would rate it a 4 star compare to other 5 star hotels we had in Thailand.

Excellent value for money. Property situated in quiet area within walking distance to Patong beach and local businesses providing essential goods and services. Friendly staff made you feel at home.

Reduced service at the hotel restaurant only serving breakfast. Soft cold beverages served during breakfast were disappointing with high sugar content juices and hard water served were difficult to drink.

The rooms were large and the turn down service was very good. The location was close enought to walk to the main street and there is an excellent food market right next door which we used daily.

We would have liked more simple/healthy breakfast options. Granola /fruits/yogurt / pastries. More seating around the pool areas. The balcony was unusable as it didn't have a sun roof.

My room was excellent, balcony pool was sunny and clean. Location is close to everything. TV with youtube and Netflix. In room menu is very rich and reasonable.

Check in - out process is slow. No pool towels in the room. Reception area is a mess Very noisy for lower floor rooms because people are screaming in the pool area. Upper floors are recommended.

I had an excellent stay at the Fisherman's Harbor in Phuket recently . The rooms are very well presented , with plenty of space and very nice and clean bathroom also . Nice balcony with a view over the pool area . The hotel was really good value for money , especially during the high season . Location wise , it's a good 25 minutes walk from the nightlife at Bangla road. Although the Hard Rock and Hooters is just 10 minutes down the road plus the Otop market bars as well . I left my suitcase at reception for 3 days as I just took a backpack to Phi Phi island and the staff were very helpful in this regard . I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again .

Wifi a bit slow at times but overall no other complaints

We stayed in the honeymoon pool suite and the room was just perfect! Location is very nice because the hotel is next to Malin Plaza and just walking distance to beach and bars, but still in quiet area.

near the beach, clean and friendly staff. only one thing I didn’t like there’s no light in the hallway when I went out in my room going to the airport 5am in the morning. it was dark and I didn’t like it.
