we decided to stay here while backpacking around Thailand. The hotel is 10 min walk from baring beach, very clean and spacious rooms, and the staff were all very friendly

Large room, comfortable bed, table and chairs, good curtains to make the room dark even during daytime, fridge in the room, fairly clean, no weird smells.

Rooms facing the main street are very noisy, you need earplugs for a good night rest. The furniture is past its heyday. A fresh coat of painting could increase the value of the room by a lot. All things considered, it was well worth it considering the low price. If the price was double, I would have rated it 5/10, but for what I paid, it's a solid 9/10.

The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful, gave us plenty of advice and helped us book the islands tour, then went the extra mile to reschedule the tour and book the room for an extra night as we had a personal unforeseen issue. 2x free water bottles everyday, fridge, air conditioning, plenty of shops and services (laundry, motorbike rentals) nearby.

is a basic accommodation (don't expect luxury) but good value for the money

The room was large with a balcony and a dinning area. The shower was very good and powerful. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was cleaned everyday. The towels were changed every day. A good place to stay. Open 24 hours a day shop near the hotel. Nice pizza place with lovely food opposite the hotel. Not to far from the patong beach.

There was nothing I didn't like. All was fine.

Amazing landlord, they are the best. I called them at 6 in the morning (I apologies again for waking you up) I requested early check in and in a jiffy he agreed. Throughout my stay they made sure the rooms were clean and daily housekeeping was done. I had approached them for many suggestions regarding exchange, tours and ideas and they gave honest opinions. Great people running a good place. Would love to return.

I like everything here. The Staff are really good. The hotel owner is very good guy and really friendly. This is a good place for stay a long time. I stayed here for 14 nights and I felt comfortable like a home. I'd recommend this place in patong phuket. I'd come back to stay here anytime. Thank you for everything.

5th Level Studio back of building: Comfortable, quiet, secure, lift access. Can walk to restaurants, shops, beach. Night food markets is a 5 minute walk.

On a main road, but apartment was back of building so you can’t hear the road noise.
