I stayed for over a month and it was so peaceful with a beautiful view. Wifi for work was excellent and use of pool in the main resort was a blessing. The hill was no problem for me and in no time ur in the thick of Patong but when U go up the little steep hill you're transported to a peaceful piece of earthly heaven, There is a small patch of jungle in the front - vacant land that is also so rare in this location and then the sweeping panoramic view. The housekeeping girls were wonderful happy little sparks who did a great job, and it was super affordable, yes the room is retro & basic but the view, great air-conditioning, decent size, big sliding doors fresh and painted white with white floor tiles, great wifi and unforgettable views , ticked all the boxes for me- I was so happy here and I'm usually not easily pleased. So very grateful I booked, originally I was only going to stay a week 'while I found something better' but for me I felt I found something very special and relaxing so I stayed for 5 weeks!!! So grateful. Thank you !

I really didn't mind but the bed is definitely of the hard variety.

I liked the room and I thought the food was decent. Thought the staff seemed slightly abrasive.

I didn’t like the lack of hot water taps and the fact there was no soap in the downstairs toilet.

well-appointed. Although the first room we were given had a non-functional AC, the staff quickly responded to our request and upgraded us to a two-room apartment with a dining area and kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel pool was stunning and offered a scenic view, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety.

The only downside is the hotel's location on a steep slope, which can be challenging for elderly guests or those with knee problems. However, this isn't much of an issue if you have a vehicle.

The property was super clean and very big. There was also great air conditioning units in each room as well. Great value for money.

There is a massive hill to get up to the property so when you are walking, it’s super uncomfortable and painful. Also, the shower head was not good, so the shower itself was hard to use if you were taller. However, I think all of Thailand, except for the most premium hotels would be any different.

- location is a bit out of the way-approx 20 minute walk from patong beach but in walking distance and plenty of places to eat in walking distance

The view is amazing and I would advise you to include (and pay for) the breakfast option once you reach the hotel and not before. It is cheaper at the hotel. Restaurant has nice food but there is a 7/11 just down the hill which will help you stretch the budget. They also have very helpful scooter renting service close to hotel which is nice as taxis can be quite expensive.

The steep walk and no lift to go to the room was a drawback. I was okay but it wasn’t comfortable for my parents.

Wonderful staff who are so helpful and friendly, great location! The pool is immaculate and the food so tasty 😋 We will definitely be back!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

It has everything you need such as a cheap breakfast that they host every morning. It is kept clean and the 2 bedroom apartment we booked was very spacious and had immaculate views of he ocean.

It is a little bit out of town so it can be abit of a trek to get into the main area of Patong.
