It was a very nice hotel it was clean all you had to do was put a hanger on your door clean room and it was done very nice hotel. It had a very nice pool good facilities you can get massages in your room or outside near the pool and it has a small gym and a bike rental literally just outside the hotel. Staff was always friendly day and night we asked about bike rental and they phoned a guy who owned the rental company he was there in about 10 minutes had no problems with them really good company to rent from. We just booked the room but breakfast was all you can eat for 180 baht and it was really nice food. Patong beach was a 10 minute walk karon beach was a 10-15 minuite bike ride and surin beach was 25 minutes bike ride once we got a bolt taxi to surin beach and it was only 280 baht. I would recommend this hotel very good for couples family and even if your there to party i will definitely be using this hotel again in the future.

It's not really a dislike but water took about 5 minutes to get hot and the hill was massive to get to it. I am 43 my girlfriend and brother are abit younger than me but we had no problem walking up the hill but if your in your 50s and 60s you would most probably need to get a taxi or rent a bike. The gym was small and always full but it had everything you needed in it.

The rooms were fantastic and the staff were incredibly accomodating. I had surgery whilst there and they offered to move me rooms to an easier accessible room with less stairs to accomodate me which was so sweet, they went out of their way to make the stay great! The view from the balcony made the walk up the hill so worth it!

The wifi was a little sporadic which made getting online difficult, wasn’t a big issue just meant we had to spend less time on our phones! Be prepared to walk up a hill and argue with taxi drivers about the price or the drive they charge more for the hill but I didn’t mind paying the hill sure was steep but good for my exercise! We used to play a competition to see whose heart rate was the highest after the climb it was fun haha

Excellent hotel, great pool access rooms. Rooms serviced daily, extremely quiet away from the noise of patong. 5 min walk to bars, 10mins to patong beach, across the road from Simon’s Cabret

The hill leading to the hotel is a challenge 254 steps. There are always taxi at the bottom.

Ambience was good. Room was good. People are well behaved and polite. Nice view from room. 2 pools.

The way to the hotel was a steep climb. If you have problem in leg or knee injury might want a different hotel. The distance from parong Beach was more so had to take tuk tuk everytime which was expensive

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant. The pool in the courtyard is also very nice and relaxing.

However, please note that the hotel is located on a steep hill, which might be difficult for some guests to access, especially with luggage or in hot weather. One unpleasant surprise was the charge of 500 THB for a lost key — which is the price of a whole night’s stay. This seems quite excessive. There’s also a sign at the reception stating a 500 THB charge for a late check-out per hour, which feels unwelcoming. It gives the impression that the hotel is trying to charge extra for everything possible, which affects the overall experience.

The property was clean with nice pool, cozy restaurant, and the staff were very nice and friendly, ready to help anytime. Although we had some difficulties with our staying the staff and manager were willing to help and always find the solution.

The property has 4 stars what raised our expectations, the room seemed to be darker than in pictures, the electricity plugs were very used and we didn’t feel very safe when using them. Also the switch for light was broken. The safe in room wasn’t firmly connected to the wall. However, any complaints we had, were immediately resolved by staff. The only thing we didn’t like and that has nothing to do with accommodation itself were extremely noise guests in our floor.

The room had everything as per description and was kept neat. Staff were courteous and spoke English. its very close to main road but by walk its a steep climb. People travelling by vehicle should not have a problem. Just 100 metres from hotel you could find restaurants, travel agents and departmental stores. Tuk Tuk was charging us 200 bhats to Bangla road for 5 people. We also used the swimming pool which was kept neat.

The bathroom doors were not getting locked due lock issue. Otherwise, nothing to complain. You have to be aware of the steep climb, if going by walk. For elderly or those with knee pain, its almost impossible. Better to have a vehicle. For young people, it should not be an issue.

The pool was great although they didn't always on the jacuzzi until you asked for it. The rooms were nice but quite old. We love the cooking area as it saves us a lot of money by cooking as and when we need to. The best part about this hotel was the cats. Love them all and hope to see them again when we comes back!

The staff was not really that helpful like what we read. We never got to try the breakfast and not sure if there was any. One time. when I was asking for. drinks in the chiller, one of the staff claimed that it only opens at 1 pm and that she didn't have the key to the chiller. I don't know but they don't seem friendly or helpful for that matter. Lots of mosquitoes so be sure to bring the repellent.

Clean rooms. Very affordable pricing. Able to fit 4 adults in one room which was convenient for the one night stay, would not be suitable for longer period of time however. The main hotel pool was still accessible even though we were staying across the road in the second building, which also had a smaller pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is not ideal if you are planning on going down to Patong Beach regularly, i.e. more than once per day. There is a free shuttle service that the hotel provides every few hours that is very convenient, however they do not provide one back from the beach. It will not cost too much to travel back up the hill to the residence via taxi or tuk tuk, but this can come as an unforeseen cost if you are not aware.

The room was much better than expected, it was actually the same as the photos! great value for money, we loved the pool area, staff were very helpful and friendly, easy to book a scooter for the duration of the stay, keep in mind if you book a scooter, make sure you have a international license as the police will fine you 1000bht per day if you don’t. 10 min taxi ride ride from Bangla rd, we paid 200bht to get there and 300bht to get back, however they drop you at the bottom of the hill so expect a 2 min walk up to the hotel. supermarket at the bottom of the hill if you need anything. overall we will be happy to stay here again.
