We spent 1,5 months there and we were not disappointed once. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures - very spacious, with an amazing balcony where we spent the most of our time. Furniture is not too new but it is comfortable and you have everything you need. The swimming pool in the middle is perfect, children enjoyed swimming there and we could watch them from the balcony. We also like that it is up the hill and very quiet for Patong and also save against tsunami. First days was difficult to go up the hill but then we got used to it and saw it as a sport . Also the whole personal was very nice and helpful. Anytime would stay there again. Thank you guys!

Not all the tuktuks want to drive you uphill and some take extra for that, but was not big deal for us. Also the side of the beach is not the best as the northern part of the Patong beach is much better so for us it was easier to drive to Karon beach which was also ok

Large size of apartment with 2 bedrooms and individual bathrooms. Large balcony with view over the pool area. Good independent restaurant and bar available in excellent pool area.

Mattresses on beds were rock hard. Had to use cushions off sofa to stop a painful experience.

I loved having an apartment. The 2 en suites are perfect. They are on either side of the apartment. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet and the pool is lovely! You could easily stay there the whole day without having to leave. Very relaxing and perfect place for a child.

Not that they can fix it but the hill before the property is hectic. If you young and able it’s fine. We rented scooters as the taxis kept cancelling on us during peak time.

Location was great, staff were friendly & helpful, it was like a quiet oasis in a busy part of Patong. Really enjoyed our stay.

The pillows were uncomfortable and the lack of communication on the actual check out time was a little disappointing.

This place was really amazing! Loved how spacious the apartment was and that the sea was just around 1km of walking down the street. Pool was great and had always space if you wanted sunbathe as well. Balcony for this apartment was huge! had 2 seating areas and also 2 sunbeds. Cleaning lady was amazing! Super nice and polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying there! (I added lower points for cleanliness only because some parts of the apartment were not that new/clean looking, but the overall cleanliness was all good) We also loved that the kitchen facilities. The food street market was about 500-600m away and it was great to grab some stuff there and heat it up or cook something from it later on.

We were probably one of the first ones there after a while, since the smell of mustiness was really bad. And that's also inevitable in that kind of a humid climate though. We didn't use any closets or drawers, since every time you opened one, the smell of mustiness was breathtaking. We stayed there one week and the more we kept the windows and doors open throughout the day the better it got, so all good at the end :)

Staff were incredibly friendly. restaurant onsite with great options. pool was lovely and great to relax by. Tours found it easy to find us for pick ups, great affordable option. Rooms were larger than we were expecting.

- if you didnt take a taxi, there was quite a walk up the hill to get to the Hotel.

It was one grab away from Patong beach, had a nice pool and friendly staff.

The toilet of one of the rooms sometimes smelled like sewer sometimes

The hotel is Thai style, room very big, comfortable, nice pool and garden, good location, quiet area.

To improve communication when guests arrive and to speed up check-in and check-out.

To get to this apartment you have to walk up a steep hill and likewise down to go anywhere. Honestly I would not recommend it for the elderly unless they have transportation. Even the taxi drivers were asking for extra to up the hill.
