This was the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. The staff were AMAZING! They done so much for us, so helpful. I asked for early check in, and they accommodated us straight away. It was my daughters birthday, which we didn’t tell them (they seen on the passport photocopy), they came to our door singing happy birthday and brought her some delicious cake! It made her whole trip ☺️ they even gave my kids teddies when leaving, and were just so super kind the whole time. Would definitely recommend this hotel. They have free coffee and snacks at reception, and in a great location.

Room was big with XL bed, all facilities working properly (A/C, hot water) and very clean. Linen was clean and fresh. There is always someone to assist you in the reception. Staff is hospitable, friendly and very helpful in everything you may need. Personally I had a lot of help when I had an accident (lost my moto rental key). There are two 24/7 market shops just next to it and an open market (100m away) with fresh fish and Thai cuisine. Last but not least, it is in a very good location. Close to the beach but not too close to all the 24/7 noise of main Patong beach roads. I think that this hotel is an excellent option for solo travelers and couples in Patong.

A definite 10 out of 10. We arrived Christmas day and received a Christmas gift hanging on the door handle when we woke up the next morning. The hospitality is absolutely fantastic, free snacks and coffee everyday anytime. We even asked to extend our stay at the hotel because we loved it so much and the ladies made a way for us. They even assisted us with transport and island tours. I without a doubt will come back again.

We extended our stay in Patong and stayed at The Brown Boutique again. There’s super fast reliable wifi which is important for us. We did multiple speed tests and one of the fastest was around 370 mbps download and 275 upload. The owners are very helpful, thoughtful and their service is exceptional. The bed is big and comfy, all the amenities work well and we also had a light breakfast included in the room rate to kick start the day. There’s no elevator but we got help with our luggage. There are many eateries, massage places, currency exchangers, supermarkets, markets, laundromat, pharmacies and more within easy walking distance. To get to the beach you walk down the main road that this hotel is on and you’re there. An excellent price for what you get.

Large clean bedroom, walking distance to food market and Payong beach, slightly quieter area. Bathroom was ok but tiling and cleaning by Stevie Wonder?? Good value for money and friendly staff. Very accommodating.

Bathroom a bit untidy, not dirty but not clean. Lower level are ok but plenty of stairs for 3rd up.

The staff and cleanliness of the room. Free drinks and snacks in the lobby. The fact they met my booking request to stay at the back away from the main road at the front.

A little noisy outside, even at the back of the property, but that's Patong. If you want a quiet place then do not go to Patong :)

Everything is prefect, The price, the room was spacious, clean & great. The hotel location is near to every tourist hotspot such as Bangla Road, Malin Plaza. You also can rent a bike at hotel. The receptionist is very polite and warm welcoming to us. Definitely, will come again and stay here! No. Complaint at all.

Big nice room, the bed is big, comfortable mattress. The girls at reception are friendly. I was given a present for my birthday, very nice. If I need to stay in this part of Patong, I would love to stay in this hotel.

Its very nice and relaxing stay. The hotel is well located, from there you can access most of Phuket using grab or bolt. Rooms very clean Room service daily. Rooms well equipped with fridge kettle daily coffee and tea and waters additional cookies and biscuits are provided Will come back Receptionist are very welcoming and professional.
