Loved the space, we drank cocktails in the jacuzzi or the pool watching the sunset. Nothing was too much trouble for staff e.g. clean/replace towels, bottled water. Just asked when we went out and it magically appeared by the time we returned. Used their laundry service, cost 10 Baht more than on the street and we didn't need to cart then collect. This property was perfect for empty nesters like us.

They have received criticism that the jacuzzi is not heated. There were 4 of us staying and we found entering the water refreshing and by the second cocktail we were glowing. The hot water did not appear to be available at the kitchen sink, but we ate out mostly and our washing up was mainly glasses. Lots of stairs so you need good knees and balance if your carrying cocktails.

great location close to town only a short walk,nice splash pool and jacuzzi property needs some tlc only to be expected after covid

Absolutely huge three stories and I cannot complain. A beautiful hidden villa with so much privacy the rooftop Jacuzzi looked beautiful and the lounge was absolutely huge. Bedrooms are very spacious and well equipped. The staff and service was absolutely amazing. I put in a simple request just to say it was a friend‘s birthday and they left us a free personalised cake to celebrate.

The only downfall was the pools and Jacuzzi were cold.

The rooms are clean with ample space. Unique feature having the bedroom loft. All staff were friendly and helpful.

I love the pool and spacious size of the place. You have total privacy and nobody bothers you. The cleaning staff are wonderful they are always smiling and willing to help you. They are efficient and work hard and fast. There were a couple of times I still thought they were inside but cleaned quickly and left without me noticing. The place not far from the walking street and other tourist areas. There is family mart right down the hill about 100 meters from the villa.

The jacuzzi only has cold water. There is a $300 deposit I was unaware of when checking in. Other than that I had a wonderful trip.

Great location quiet if you want it , busy if you walk 10 mins, 2nd visit here.

Needs some love , the roof top would benefit from some floor paint it would only make the stay better

Occasional sewer smells in bathrooms - most likely a plumbing issue to be sorted

We booked out the 6 Villa’s with the shared pool and it was perfect as we had the pool to ourselves to relax and chill.

It was clean staff were very helpful and the place was spacious

You need to go upstairs to get to the living room which was in the first floor not ground and rooms are in the second floor which is not suitable for elderly people and some one with knee injury like me
