Breakfast was good with a variety of both local food and English breakfast. The swimming pool area is very nice. Beatiful lightning at evenings. It is very convenient if you choose a room with pool access. It's easy to pop in for a swim. Breakfast is served near the pool so you can choose if you wanna eat at your own room or terrace, by pool table or inside. If you enjoy quiet walks by the seaside, the hotel location is good..Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Minikitchen includes sink, micro Owen and fridge is handy. Staff is friendly and flexible. Air-conditioning works well in the room.

Breakfast ran out of coffee each morning. The hotel location is far from shops, bars and restaurants. You need to order a taxi to go around. Beach is not for swimming, which was a huge disappointment. There's no acoustics in the rooms. You can hear every bit of noise from neighbour rooms and outside.

The hotel is good. I spent a week there. Nice big clean rooms, good swimming pool, only 1 minute from the sea. There is a food market nearby where you can try local food. The rooms might not be very modern, but they're clean and big, so you can enjoy your stay easily. I would recommend this place for a quiet peaceful vacation, especially if you want to relax at the pool. It might also be good for vacations with kids and pets as they allow pets in some rooms. They serve a good breakfast. The staff's English is not perfect, but they still speak some English, are very friendly, and ready to help. No problems at all. Important to know: it's not close to the city center. If you want to party or walk around in the city center, it might not be a good place for you to stay. However, they have a free shuttle bus that runs to the city center and back once a day; you can make a reservation at the reception. Alternatively, you can use a taxi, which is not expensive at all

I stayed in Bella Villa Cabana September 2025 with my girlfriend, it was very easy to come from Bangkok to Pattaya, we have taken bus from Bangkok, service was good in this hotel, we trully enjoyed privacy of Bella Villa Cabana, its about 20 min by taxi to city, bars, night markets, and to shopping malls. Stuff in this hotel very friendly, they always give answer, and 24/7 keep in touch with guests, they were happy to help us, because we had questions about elephant treet, and receptionist helped with recommendations. We love breakfasts as well, they have fresh fruits, coffee machine, noodles, different kinds of sausage, omelet and etc. Pool and view are gorgeous, we had seaview room which was absolutely amazing. Housekeeping works very well, rooms are clean. In hotel you can enjoy sauna, perfect pool and gym. Thank you for everything

We had an amazing stay at Bella Villa Cabana! Everyone here has been so wonderful and helpful throughout our visit. Special thanks to Salavo, who drove us every day to Terminal 21 — always with a smile — and to Nap from the breakfast restaurant, who made the most amazing egg white fry. The housekeeping team (HK) also did a great job keeping everything spotless. Overall, I absolutely loved the stay. The location is perfect — peaceful and away from the busy city — and the shuttle service made getting around so convenient. Everything about our stay was just perfect!

Furniture is quite old. The rooms on the 8th floor is extremely amazing . But the bed is really old and uncomfortable. All the furniture’s in the room needs to be changed.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and found it to be excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The staff were absolutely phenomenal—friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really enhanced the overall experience. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty options every morning. As for the location, it’s not the most convenient for getting around, but it’s in a quiet area, which can be a plus for some. There’s also a nearby night market with a few food stalls, adding some local flavor to the area.

The outdoor pool was a nice feature and appeared relatively clean, though I’m unsure when or how often it’s maintained. I spent hours swimming without any issues, but the water had a noticeably acidic taste, which became more pronounced over the four days I stayed. While this didn’t affect my stay too much, it may suggest a need for more frequent monitoring of water maintenance.

I like the beach part, very quiet and very clean. Breakfast has lots of variety, which is very nice. I would suggest investing a convenient store within the hotel for guests will be fantastic! Over all, it's a very quiet place and would stay there again.

The place looks run down. The room was actually big and clean. One of the staff wasn't that friendly ( main reception, which ifeels very unwelcomeing. There is no shop or convenientstore ( if you dont drive) other than petrol station across the road ( 8 lanes) 😅

Seeking shelter from the crazy buzz of Pattaya city we booked our stay in Bella Villa Cabana. A beautiful hotel in the outskirts of the city’s northern centre with much aesthetic effort put into making it nice for all types of visitors. Families with kids have a great time living in the apartment around the vast pool area. Potheads, elderly and anything in between are free to live whatever balcony life style they prefer up on the upper floors where most rooms enjoy the astonishing view out on the ocean and The beautifully shaped 2 level pool area below. Nice breakfast buffet, washing and fitness facilites. Friendly staff and just good vibes all over <3 love this place

Good location close to the beach with good Thai seafood restaurants nearby. Very good swimming pool.

Staff could have been a bit more proactive and professional. This could be improved with better training and onsite management. There is much to like about this hotel and a bit of TLC would bring it back to its former glory. The egg station should be able to knock up poached eggs and the ridiculous policy of taking a deposit for an 'extra' key should be scrapped. Simply hand out 2 keys when there are 2 guests and have a policy that says any lost keys will be charged for at checkout.

The room had a spectacular view of the pool and the sea. The beach walks were wonderful along the water breakfast was satisfactory. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They only had breakfast and no other meals that would’ve been nice specially rainy time of year, so he would not have to walk. That would’ve been my only concern other than that it is a beautiful place to stay and I like the idea it was out away from the chaos of the city. This place is a little bit aged and probably could use some freshening up, but definitely a wonderful location, we will definitely stay here again in the future and it is part of our plans

We had a few issues with safe, not working. Tiles lifting up in the room, which I hit my foot on a couple of times other than that which wasn’t a big issue we loved our stay.

The location is far from touristic area, a bit more localized and silent, which is more to my liking. The facilities are nice and the rooms are very spacious. Very Large room to accommodate 3 adults easily.

The cleanliness is a bit problematic. I found patch of mold on two of the pillows and I dare not sleep on the bed anymore. The might have some spores on blanket as well. Luckily I have an extra bed in the room which is supposed to be cleaner than the double bed. I spent the night on it.
