Property was well equipped with everything you need. The dining table was set up very nicely on arrival. Staff met us on arrival to explain how to get in and use the lock box and electronic door lock. Host were every responsive. My friend's and I really enjoyed our stay. Great having a washing machine at the villa and fully equipped kitchen. Villa is in a secure complex. Easy to get bolt cars and bikes to pick you up if you don't have transportation. Main Bedroom is huge.

We had a bit of trouble finding the place as the address on Booking isn't the actual address of the house you stay in. But I should have contacted the host well before arriving instead of doing it while we were driving around looking for the place. This would have avoided the drama of looking for the address. Also, note that if you don't have a car or motorbike for transport. The closest shop is a 10min walk one way. Easy to get bolt cars and bikes to pick you up or things delivered.

It’s a beautiful home. A little taste of luxury! The pool is nice after a hot day sightseeing, and the furniture and fittings were high quality.

The beds are Asian steel - they are very hard, and one of our guests has a bad back - so it kind of ruined his trip. We booked ‘southern peak villa’ but when we arrived at that property we were told to leave by the person there. Thankfully, the driver we had was proactive and we ended up at a different identical villa for the 3 days. Not a huge issue - but if we didn’t have a Thai driver we would have been stranded…

The villa has been well kept, it was clean and had some nice facilities such as the pool and lots of bedrooms making it great for a group.also all the rooms are a good size. There is a big fridge and cooking equipment and the staff were quick to respond to questions. There are a few things nearby like supermarket and shops but grab is very easy to get.

There is a cement factory or something nearby so every day from 6.30 big trucks and heavy machinery drive past and it is very loud and wakes me up. Also I see many people say the beds are hard, it is not just that they are hard, the mattress Is low quality so you can feel the springs in them. Otherwise good stay for a weekend with friends and can recommend.

Property is in good location , very nicely furnished and maintained. Very clean have all the facilities required.

There is nothing to unlike . Ya , it is little bit far from main city (around 15-20 minutes by cab ) cabs are easily available by app called grab. Very close to Beach we’re you have very nice restaurants.

The villa was absolutely stunning — exceptionally clean, elegantly designed, and spacious enough to feel truly relaxing. The private pool was perfect for the family, and the peaceful location offered a nice break from the city noise while still being close to everything we needed. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly respectful, welcoming, and responsive to every request

Honestly, nothing to complain about — except that our stay was too short! We truly wished we had booked for a longer time

It's far from the beach activities, check-in was very bad, especially if someone arrived at night time , no response from owner which lead you to reserve another hotel for one night

i liked how comfortable the whole property was and the location.

on our way to the property we had some difficulty with our check in process and we were waiting for the the information. thankfully another manager stepped in and was able to get us in a our property.

The Villa was spacious and very clean. We had good time in the private pool :-) The living room is made for friends and family gathering at the dinner table or just relaxing on the couch. Not forget about friendly, always responsive Natasha :-)

Just maybe the mattress in the master bedroom was not that comfortable.

The villa is super big: - 4 bedrooms(and 1 of them is with a dressing room) - The kitchen had all the things for cooking, the furniture was new. - The villa is located in a village community, which makes staying there safe. - Food can be ordered from restaurants, delivery is very fast.
