the room was absolutely clean, the bed was big and comfortable. You can find there toiletries and towels which was great. Also there are fridge, microwave, electric kettle and stove, so you can cook if needed. The building has sauna, big swimming pool and gym. It is a little bit far from the beach and public transport, but it’s fine as the condo has everything you need. I would definitely stay there again.

Transparent glass in the toilet, which made our stay a little bit uncomfortable as the other person can see what you are doing in the bathroom. Also there is not clear check-in system. No reception at condo and no information about check-in was sent which made us to call and ask where our building and how to get the keys. I advise the personnel at least send this information to customers prior their arrival.

Hi very suitable for ones that love swimming or go as a family. Large pool and this what it makes it worth for your money or even exceed your expectation. Not suitable for cooking or someone looking for a good bedding to stay. Bed is not soft I warned you. Make sure you get the room at the first floor which balcony connect to the pool... get your music ready! You only expect large swimming pool and a clean room here :) Pls bring a hair dryer, soap&champoo conditionor, importantly bottles of water & snacks bcs these are not provided.

I don't like the spring bed it's not soft. I don't like that they don't give any bottle of water.

It’s nice place and very near beach and night market but not very busy location so don’t hear traffic all day and it’s perfect place for family’s too and if you don’t want to explore you have all you need like shops ect very close

when i have shower all bathroom was getting wet. i think they should find its tile master and plumber and talk about it.

But every time I have visited over the last 3 years Jomtien Beach has always been fantastic . The propert is great value for the money and an excellent location well away from the tourist crowds 3 Great seafood resteraunts within 5 -10 minute walk Property security excellent Plenty of on property secure free car parking space L extensive property venetian style features will remain well maintained . It is such a lovely concept and, if fully brought up to date,would be sensational! The ‘swimming pool’ being a Venetian canal through and round the property is fabulous and the rooms are very comfortable and secure. The local supermarket is 100m and there is a wonderful open air eating spot where a delicious freshly cooked -and healthy- meal is 80baht!!

Nothing really. They allowed me to extend my stay twice as I was enjoying it so much and frankly, if I hadn’t had other things to do, I would very happily have stayed there longer.

Venetian condominium is a new complex with beautiful territory. You can find a sauna, steam room, gym, big swimming pool and jacuzzi there. Apartments are located near Jomtien beach (about 10 minutes walk). The beach is quite empty, good place if you just want to relax. There are 2 small supermarkets nearby (seven eleven and family mart), self-service laundry, ATM, street food. It’s pretty remote from Pattaya center, so you need to get a baht bus or rent a bike for fruit markets, big supermarkets, massage and other activities. The kitchen is well equipped, there is an oven, microwave. Wi-Fi is good.

The location is quite remote, there are lots of barking dogs nearby

I booked this for my son and grandson whilst they were looking for apartment.they said it was a lovely apartment. Great pool brilliant for kids. I stayed here whilst looking for apartment and actually found one within this complex thats how good I thought it was. Any queries were addressed quickly Nice area as away from busy area but walkable to busier area.

I can't say there was anything they didn't like Only problem was with the WiFi either wouldn't connect and when did wasn't very good

The swimming pool was super. Built as a moat meandering around the buildings with a children's play section. Bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. Both a 7 eleven and a tops daily grocery store very near. Also a self service laundrette. Parking lot was plenty big enough.

Lots. The given address was wrong. The message about the correct address came too late. It took me ages to find. Later when I took a motorcycle taxi back the driver had great difficulty to find it. In the description it said "beachfront". This was not the case. A good 15 walk to the beach. The shower went from cold to very hot and then back to cold. There was no housekeeping and no equipment to clean so four nights was definitely too long.
