the room was very clean and the room service excellent (every day new towels, water and bedsheets even). the balcony view was to the seaside. the rooftop pool was refreshing and the gym well equipped.

the only thing that is to criticize is that we booked a room for three people (supposing that the sleeping couch was made for sleeping), but when we arrived we realized that the room was made for only two persons sleeping inside since there were only two beds and it was not possible to sleep on the sleeping couch (very short and there even was no blanket nor pillow). for an extra bed, blanket, pillow, towel and water we were asked to pay per every night.

It is cheap and cheerful. The staff are helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a small gym and swimming pool on the roof. There is a great restaurant at the end of the street (Pupen) and there are many other places to eat, in all price brackets, nearby.

It was my third stay, so nothing much really that I don't like! The rooms could be modernised and the drains sometimes had a bad odour. It is also a 75-minute walk to Jomtien town centre, although I made that part of my fitness regime and, if tired, there are buses constantly driving along the coast road and they only charge 25p!

Thanks to Booking.com because I had a discount, my room was upgraded. The room is spacious, the beds were comfy, TV got a lot of channels, though 80% in Thai language and translated to Thai. It's a walking distance to the see. The staffs smiles. There is a buffet breakfast but pay at the hotel for 100 Baht/person. The toilet is clean with free soap. If I only booked 2 days earlier, the price would have been lower. It should have been a great deal. So this is a good tip for other tourist. Looking forward to stay there again.

The swimming pool was closed for under renovation

Price. Comfortable bed. Large room. TV with lots of English speaking channels. Kettle and fridge. Swimming pool and gym. Oddly location - over an hour's walk to centre of Jomtien but along beach so part of exercise regime.

Noisy neighbours who had loud conversations with doors open. Some gym equipment did not work, and the pool small/number of guests meant could not always swim, although generally managed to find a quiet time each day. Oddly, Housekeeping worked late, sometimes only getting to my room at 6pm. Soap dispensers should be regularly filled and behind bed/windows needed cleaning.

I was upgraded to a suite (bedroom, shower room, separate sitting room with "kitchen" and dining area). It was comfortable, although rather gloomy as the apartment faced another apartment. If staying longer, I would recommend an externally facing room(s). The cleaning staff - the only people I saw - were really friendly and nice. There was a gym - although the machines were all old and not really working properly. There was also a lovely roof top swimming pool - which I was the only person using it. The hotel is a 75 minute walk from the centre of Jomtien, which I liked as it was good exercise.

The sheets and towels smelled a little musty.

Great hotel given the low price. It's tastefully decorated and walking distance from the beach. There was a lot of food available for breakfast

The beds are on wheels and move away from the wall easily

Hotel has good size rooms.. super comfy beds and bedding Breakfast was good plenty to choose from the buffet staff spoke English great quite location with roof top pool great value...very close to the beach with pick up point outside for main areas

The equipment in the fitness room is all broken

Big 2 bedrooms for people who like space and privacy or big family of 5 . Good value for money and super nice manager and day time front staff.

wi-fi and Tv is not that clear.

The hotel is neared by a very good seafood restaurant, one of the best restaurant that serves seafood in Thailand in my opinion

It does not have a sea view, only on the sides (B building)
