Where to start... Location. It's smack bang in the middle of anything you might be after. That ranges from the usual, being Pattaya, to shopping, beaches, eateries, the works. Garry is an exceptional host and always ready and willing to give you advice on where's good to go, or if you have any issues. The room was excellent. A good, firm, bed, nice bathroom and ac that saw me sleeping like a baby. Being on a busy Soi, many may be concerned about noise issues, there's a little background murmur till about three am, but nothing that ever stopped me dozing off after a busy day enjoying the local attractions. The price. Magnificent value for money.

My only nitpick and it really is minor is the stairs on the way in. Don't be put off by the sight of them when you first get there, you get used to them. After a couple of days I was up and down them no problem. Even helped with my cardio.

I had a fantastic stay at GW Guesthouse! The location in Pattaya Central was perfect, close to everything I needed – from restaurants and shops to nightlife and local attractions. My standard room was comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials to make my stay enjoyable. The bed was cozy, and having an in-room refrigerator was convenient. Gary (the host) were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping was consistent, keeping the room spotless every day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

No cons in my opinion

Friendly and helpful staff. In an interesting, lively spot with everything at hand. Food barbers enyertainment and massage just yards away.

It was amazing! I myself did not know how conveniently the hotel is located 1) excellent location in the area 2 steps from entertainment. 2) adequate price and clean room with daily cleaning and everything you need. 3) And most importantly, just a great hotel owner and just a sincere man Gary! I am grateful to Pattaya for the opportunity to feel alive again! Believe me, you will not regret a day if you want to stay in this hotel. Thank you for a great vacation Gary!

Perfectly located in the city - easy to get to the party nightlife, or alternatively to the peace and quiet. Everything easily on hand - shopping, food, drink. Great access to the baht buses, too. Large sized room with a really comfortable bed. All my expectations of a small independent guesthouse were exceeded. Will be booking again.

Hard to think of any negatives. No downsides for me. It was what I hoped for. Didn't want a "corporate chain" room. Exactly as advertised with just the individual touches to make it perfect.

I had a very comfortable stay at GW Guesthouse. My standard room was always clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. Every day, I received two bottles of water and fresh coffee supplies, which was a thoughtful touch. The room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and the quiet environment made it easy to relax after exploring Pattaya.

Photos of the rooms reflect a true representation of the accommodation, it was clean and there was ample room. The place felt secure, making you feel safe in the property. Good location for Soi Buakhao\LK Metro and Tree Town. Beach was within easy reach. Garry was an excellent host, friendly, very helpful - a top man. Would stay again. Recommended.

If you like the nightlife this place is number 1. Everything works, bed comfortable, 7-11 close by, room quiet for it's location. Gary (Australian) was there every day, every hour if something is wrong or a problem he is straight onto it and tries his best to make your stay hassle free.

The entry stairs but Gary's son will help with bags etc.

The staff were great. Gary did a great job explaining everything in the room and how to work the access door. The bed was really comfy and huge!! The toilet was great with a rain shower . Around the area there are many bars with many MANY ladies

There are no lifts so you have to take the stairs up to the reception and then to your room. Also, there are no body soap or shampoo so pls bring your own

The bed is comfy and room is quite big. Also, there is no noise coming from outside. Also the fridge is big, and there is all you need from drawers, mirror, to chairs and safe.

The AC takes time to kick-in, so be ready to get the sweats for a little while when entering the room.
