I like the swimming pool although I didn’t use it, but it was a nice decoration for photos shoot :)

The poster in the elevator of JETTY bar is not updated, we were looking for this bar, cause from the poster it shows open from 5am - midnight but at the end realized it’s been closed… which is quite speechless😅

The resort is beautiful. The poo was so beautiful, clean and relaxing. Best view at the sunrise and sunset is at the sea sky (roof top). Room is big especially the bathroom.

Breakfast was a bit expensive. The location is far from city and other attractions Hotel could offer a free drop off to key areas like walking street.

The design of the rooms is such that there is a toilet outside of the main bathroom but not enclosed! In other words, no door! The other problem (not hotel's fault) was that the hotel is at the very far end of Jomtien beach and seems to not feature on Google Maps and we had great trouble using 'Bolt' (Uber equivalent) for taxis.

Family pool suite - the possibility with the many sliding doors and curtain for kid-room for more privacy or change is very good. The little pool is nice for kids (so for adults too small). Our daughter enjoyed the bunk bed very much - cool for kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and pool area were clean. The pool area with the little cabanas was adding to a relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. The car-parking in the building right next to the hotel was spacious and easy to access. Modern style of the hotel.

The pool is at the same level as the chairs facing the beach - unfortunately this limits the direct sea view a bit (architect missed a point there) - else the pool areas is cool, nice, clean and relaxing. The breakfast was good, choice between Western and Asian food good, quality was ok but not overwhelming.

Very clean, pool is so beautiful and it has everything that you need in the room. Room was huge and it has the most comfortable bed ever. We manage to come back again after few days before leaving Pattaya. The Jetty bar is also nice.

The swimming is awesome!! Room service is closed at 10:30PM. The spa in hotel is nice.

The air conditioner is too cold.because the bad is under the air conditioner vent,the air outlet can’t be selected.

The sky bar and subset view are super amazing

The staff co-operation was not that good. My luggage was supposed to be in room at 16.50 hour but it was delayed delivering at 17.20 which almost caused me missing sunset dinner! However, the manager(on duty) handled my complaint quite good.

Really great balcony, with excellent views both on it and from it, and the car parking was large and well positioned. Excellent staff - very flexible, including with housekeeping throughout the day. Very large, very comfortable beds.

The rooftop bar seemed very nice, but closed very early (as did most of the facilities) which was a shame!

Room: It was a good size for a family of 3. The bed is nice, comfy and big. Breakfast has a good variety of choices and it was enjoyable Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the pool very much.
