Good place to stay for a couple nights with comfy beds and nice staff. Near lots of good local eats within a few minutes walking distance. Kata beach main area is about 20 minutes walk and convenient to access. Good air conditioning in rooms and a nice little drying rack with clips outside on the balcony.

Smell in the washroom from sewer is a bit strong. Some ants were around one of the days on the sink but weren't to annoying afterwards. A bit expensive given the facilities but it comes with the location I think.

Good room and good price. 7/11 and some restaurants are very close. nearest beach abour 15min by foot (I‘d recommend renting a bike)Y

No problem for me, but might bother other people: 1) there is no elevator 2) you‘ll hear cars and motorbikes in the night

Good size room with spectacular views. Very clean and hospitable staff. I was well received at reception. Excellent location close to local shops and restaurants. Local facilities for motorbike rental at competitive rates. I would highly recommend.

Kind owners and manager who accommodated to our needs, we wouldve stayed longer but it was fully booked which was no surprise considering it’s such a lovely and homey place to stay in Kata

Everything was very good, the staff was very helpful especially the owner that answered quickly to all our requests. Property was very clean and towels were changed daily.

The owner is his staff always kind and helpful.

We just needed somewhere to stay for a night and it did the job!! The restaurant didn’t appear to be open though

Huge gaps between windows and doors letting a lot of mosquitos in! I got eaten alive A lot of dust and hair in the room too

It's a cheap cheerful place, with good WiFi, ac and clean rooms.

However there is no at reception most of the time and the restaurant is closed. But the one thing that will make or break your stay is the room you stop in. If you are in 8,10,12,14 these will be nice but 7,9,11,13 it will be hell. There is a bar that is next door and there is no sound proofing so you will hear loud music and screaming for 6 hours a night.
