The room was clean and the bed was very confortable. The bathroom was not that big but there is space enough to put your things. The room was cleaned daily and we were offered a bottle of water every day. The first day we arrived to the hotel quite late and the staff was quite flexible with the check in.

I don't recommend the laundry service: the clothes were not 100% dry and some t-shirts were damaged probably due to a wrong temperature during the washing.

Our stay was fantastic. The front of house were very welcoming; P. Piek offered to take our bags upstairs without any prompt and gave us all the information we needed during our stay. The cleaning staff were brilliant, the room was very tidy, AC worked really well, water pressure from the shower was a big plus and the location was also just a few minutes from Kata Noi and Kata Beach. 7/11 was just up the road and many brilliant restaurants and bars close by. We would definitely stay again and want to say a big thank you to Aloha residence for being an amazing host. Please let P. Piek know we’ll visit the Jurassic Fishing Park, it’s been put on the bucket list!

Walking distance to the beach and close to the action while just far enough away for some peace when needed. All the staff are great, from the reception to house keeping. All genuine and will go out of their way to assist. Bedrooms are a good size and the bed is comfy with nice balcony. Great value.

Only cash accepted. If cards could be taken with a % surcharge if needed it would be even better in case guests aren't carrying cash. Rooms facing the road can be a little noisier at times so ask for a room facing the Big Buddha. Majestic views in the morning.

Smaller, cozy and relatively well-equipped rooms. The staff was pleasant. Rooftop hot tub is a nice bonus. The location of the hotel is also not bad and you are relatively close to everywhere, be it to Kata beach or a little further to Kata Noi (probably the nicest freely accessible family beach in Phuket). Shops, restaurants and scooter rentals are nearby. Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms fine ... In terms of the price-performance ratio, very good.

Great location and just a short walk to main centre and beach but makes it a quieter place to stay. Lovely very clean room Great view from balcony lovely to be able to sit and look up at Big Buddha at the top of the hill.

They do try to say you've taken towels from the room when you haven't and charge you. Happened to me and a lady was just in a dispute about this when I arrived

- the position was good to get to the beach and city centre on foot - room’s balcony - possibility to leave the luggage after the check out - they cleaned the room and changed towels every day - safe and chill environment

- the lady at the reception had some difficulties with the communication in English - only cash payments

Big and a bright room with a balcony, spacious shower. Great location as only 10 minute walk to the "main street" - all restaurants/shops/markets and the beach so the area was calmer and places around felt more local. Room was cleaned every day, new towels and amenities were provided. Comfortable beds. Clean. Friendly reception staff.

TV did not work, AC remote did not work, one of the room lights did not work. Some maintenance check would be great before checking in another Guest.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are cozy. The location seemed great — a ten-minute walk to the beach, but thanks to that the area is very quiet and good for night's rest. Amazing balcony, nice view, stylish rooms.

The rooms were clean in general, but not totally clean — there were some places where dust had accumulated. Also, the room is freshly refurbished and the furniture gives off some weird smell. However, we kept our balcony door open all the time and it helped.
