After reading all the negative comments, i didnt expect a lot. The location was amazing. 5 min walk to the beach. The room was amazing, big and lots of space. Simple Interieur but absolutely enough. The staff is not so friendly. You dont feel too welcome at the check in. 3000 bath is requested in cash at check in. They should have told us before. You get it back at checkout. I would definitely eork on the friendlyness of the staff, if i was the manager. It makes a huge difference. They should make u feel more welcome:) a smile would be enough to be honest:) It was an overall great experience and u get a lot for the money you pay. We will go back for sure

Excellent and friendly staff. Perfect location. A perfect hideaway from the buzzling street life. Close to everything. Outstanding breakfast. Perfect for families. We enjoyed our stay with our two young adult kids. Something for every one. Highly recomended.

I was here for the first time, and I want to come back again. It is very beautiful and cozy place. The workers on reception are always ready to help. They were very friendly. Our room was very comfortable. The beds , pillows - very soft. Perfect cleaning every day. Very good breakfast! And always a lot of food for supper. Cooker can cook fish or crab special for you. The way to the beach is about 5 min. Specially want to note the pool. It s marvelous, big and beautiful! Wish Tuana Hotel prosperity!

The slide in the pool did not work.( Music in breakfast began to play at 7.45.-8.00. In spite of closed windows, it was heard and get us wake up.

Location was great, rooms were very large. Pools were awesome.

Organised an upgrade to pool access room, was told to come the day before to pay, even though I offered to pay when i booked it, when I returned the day before to pay, reception had sold my room to someone else, even though there were notes on my file. I was very unhappy. Also no eftpos facilities at reception but available everywhere else at the resort.

The pools run through the whole resort! We had a deluxe pool access room which was large and comfortable. The swim-up bar (and the pool staff) were my favourite part.

Not sure why it has such bad reviews - Not perfect but nice.

The hotel’s location is excellent. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. There was a Turkish gentleman, whom I believe to be the owner, who was truly outstanding. What I particularly appreciated about him was how much he genuinely cares about his guests, his staff, and his property. He is always present and attentive. I highly recommend this property.

No pool or beach towels available. And towels inside the room they don’t change it unless you request it

I like the location of the hotel and the swimming pools were so clean. Food was very delicious and rooms were very clean.

The only thing that I didn’t like that the manager was a Turkish guy and I also didn’t like that all the time Russian music was playing in the swimming pool all the time.

Super comfy bed, nice balcony, nice pool area with restaurants and a pool bar. Massage place too was nice. Good location, close to the beach and other activities. Great hotel for couples and families.

Our hotel room was in building 7 which was on the farthest side of the hotel complex, it had amazing views, but it took us pretty long time to walk back to the room every day. Breakfast was okay, could have been better.

The location is the best. It's very close to food courts, 7elevens and there are many restaurants / bars within 5-10 mins walk from hotel. Kata Beach is also only 10 mins away. Staffs are very friendly and always ready to help.

Electricity went out about 5 hrs on the first day. Apart from that, all good during the stay.
