Breakfast selection was good, The pool bar cocktails were lovely. There was good shade around the lower pool areas. The rooftop pool was excellent. Especially for sunset The location is excellent for either side of Kata beach. U

There were no hotel food/ bar facilities after 5pm other than room service.

The pool layout and the buffet breakfast was fantastic! Rooms are quite spacious and very accommodating.

A bit unorganised as we had a delay with our room, and wasn't ready at check in. With a bit of a hiccup and wait, we were upgraded. We had a short wait compared to some other guests

It’s our second time at Kata Palm.We stayed for 2 weeks. We had 2 deluxe rooms, which are super spacious. The people are always very nice and helpful.

I asked for connecting rooms (accessible by terrace doors), but unfortunately they were occupied. Since we booked in time, travel with small kids and stay for a longer time than others I would think we would get the preference over others.. this was a bit disappointing.

We love our 5 days stay in Kata Palm Resort. We booked rooms with an acces to the pool, and we think it was a great decisions. The pool is very comforting. We looooves our rooms, beautiful and the housekeepers lady were very fast and always did a great job. And they always great you with their warm smile. The breakfast was excellent, appriciated the fresh fruit.

Breakfast was lovely, rooms spacious and comfortable, location was perfect for the beach and eating out, staff knew everyone's room number without having to ask, it felt very personal and warming

Some staff seemed to think they were doing you a favour by serving you, one pool bar attendant was much happier sitting on her phone and the walkways were quite dated, music played during breakfast was repetitive and like being stuck in an elevator!mattresses were very hard leading to a flare up of an old hip injury

We had a wonderful time at your resort. Next time we would book a pool access as it was fully booked. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were great. Loved it when the rooms got cleaned every day.

The rooms were a little too dark . The second pool bar wasn’t open and we had to get out and go to the other pool. The bar girls isn’t accept cash, we had to charge it to our room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—close to everything and easy to get around. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. I especially loved the pool area—clean, relaxing, and a great spot to unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

One small suggestion for improvement would be the towels—they weren’t as white and fresh-looking as expected. A bit more attention to their cleanliness or replacement would enhance the overall experience. Otherwise, everything else was great and I’d be happy to return!

Balcony patio doors are overlooked by entrances to apartments 10metres opposite. If the balcony curtains are open then the apartment has no privacy, if the blackout curtains are closed then it’s like living in a cave. Desperately need net curtains for privacy.
