My stay at iNest was wonderful. The owner and her son are extremely kind and helpful. Check in was easy. I stayed in a dorm room with a few other guys. I loved that the room had big enough lockers to fit my backpack! They have their own built in lock, too. The room was very clean, and refreshed every day! It’s so nice to come home each evening to a fresh bed and fresh towel. They also clean the bathrooms every day. I will say the men’s bathroom was a little cramped and hot. They have a cafe on the main floor with prices pretty comparable to the tourist prices in the rest of town. Their black coffee orange (iced americano with orange juice instead of water) and avocado toasts are really yummy! They offer a coupon for the gym right down the road (Studio X, which I also recommend and reviewed). They offer taxi and tour services as well. Overall, a really great experience.

My biggest complaint has nothing to do with them, but the location. It’s close to the beach (YAY) and lots of amenities, but it is on a street with many “extra service” massage parlors. As a solo male traveler, it was hard to walk down the street without being harassed verbally + physically. Again, I still LOVE this hostel and would stay here again, but I want to warn other travelers of this! If that’s your thing… enjoy lol Also not many very social guests :/

I traveled alone and was in a 4-bed room, which was always full during my 9-day stay. The first 6 days were fine, only after that I had 2 roommates who thought that if they came to the accommodation at midnight with a spotlight on for half an hour with bags of sizzling, without regard for the other person. The point is, who do you choose as your roommate.  This is not the hotel's fault. The bedrooms were cleaned every day with clean towels and bottles of water on each bed. The bedrooms had great air conditioning. The bathrooms were also cleaned daily along with the entire hostel. I recommend it to everyone, I would come back again anytime.

The kitchen could be a little more equipped What I missed was a hot plate, or rather a kettle, for boiling an egg.

iNest Poshtel is a good and safe place to stay. Location is very central and safe at night. 7-11 supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, massage salons, cafe and restaurants are around the hostel. Kata beach is 10 minutes of walking from the hostel. I was provided with clean and comfy bed with daily complimentary bottle of water and towels in the shared dorm room. There is a small kitchen with some basic amenities like fridge, microwave, electric kettle and free coffee. Men’s bathroom with toilet and shower is very tiny and only for one person. Free and good wi-fi worked very well everywhere in the building. Daily building and room cleaning services made me like I was at my mother’s home or expensive hotel. There is a café in the hostel and it was great to have some food there when I was lazy or exhausted. Elevator/Lift inside of the hostel was very useful for exhausted travelers with big suitcase. Fei and his team are an asset. They made my stay very comfortable. Fei helped me with arranging trip to Phi Phi islands and local transportation services. Thank you so much.

What could be improved: Kitchen: It would be great to have electric stove and pan/pot, so travelers could cook own food when wanted. I know that South East Asians don’t drink black tea, but it would be great to have black tea in the kitchen for international travelers. I couldn't find black tea even in the supermarket. Bathroom: We need more showers and toilets for men! Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom with separate toilet and shower inside. Sometimes, some travelers just lock entire bathroom and take shower. So, you cannot use toilet for 10-20 minutes and have to wait until bathroom door is unlocked. A small window with fresh air ventilation would be great in the shower as I almost fainted when I closed shower door. There was lack of fresh air to breathe.

Hostel location is easy to find. The staff are excellent. I asked to move from top bunk to bottom bunk as I'm an older lady and there was no issue so accomadating and helpful. The rooms and facilities are amazing very very clean . Each bed has its own lamp,charging point and locker with a key. The housekeeping make your bed fresh everyday and a towel is also provided. AMAZING HOSTEL. Thank you 😊

When I arrived quite late in evening the front door is locked with a phone number to call to be able to check in. Bit of a panic ar first but once I called the number a guy came very quickly from inside and then checked me in and gave me a tour. Door is locked at night for security at night.

I have chosen this place because of the good reviews, but how much I would say isn’t enough hygiene, spacious locker, clean bed and towel changed daily with complimentary water, I did come back but the female dormitory was full I have went for the private room which worth the value of the money especially for couples I would recommend it 1000s%. Not far few minutes walking distance from the beautiful Kata beach which is one of the best beaches for the beautiful sunset, various st food and beaches with sea view table. If I am coming back to Phuket I Nest Poshtel will be my best affordable and high standard service to stay with again. Many many thanks to Fei and his kind staffs.

Really good location - close to kata beach (20 min walk) with a 7-11 around the corner on both sides, as well as access to the Main Street which is where all the restaurants, massage parlours and shops are. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and quiet at night. Room service was done daily without asking, which was nice.

Lots of masseuses heckling and touching you on the streets if you’re walking later in the evening - not very pleasant (however, not the hotels fault!). The bathroom had a slight stench, but I guess that’s with most hotels with multiple drainages in the bathroom.

The location is central & easily accessible to shops/restaurant & a short walk from the beach. The property itself was very clean and the dorms are cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly. It was very quiet when I stayed but was still able to make some connections with the girls in the room.

There isn’t really a common area as such, so when the hostel is busier it might be hard to meet other travellers who are are not sharing a room with you.

Al, Fei and the others were truly wonderful hosts. Receptive, kind and helpful at any time. The room was spacious, cosy, apparently new and in a very fresh condition. Lots of complimentary extras: kettle, crockery, snacks, water refills, beach towels. Walkable distance to the beach, restaurants, cafés, doctor offices and 7-11.

The neighborhood is quite noisy and the building is not sufficiently soundproof.

The location was good, walking distance from the beach and accessible by public transit. Good air conditioning! It was quiet. Close to the Big Buddha hike!

The beds were hard too hard for me, and there weren’t enough showers for the number of people staying. We were not given a key to the room, only the building, which did not feel that safe as a solo woman traveller

I stayed in private room so I don’t know about shared dormitory. but the place was clean (cleaning every day and changing towels every day), close to the beach, downstairs is great kitchen and the staff are super nice. Stayed 10 days, definitely recommend, for the price its amazing. Close to the restaurants and Seven eleven 50m away.
