when we arrived, it was a little tricky to find but not hard. unpacked etc, and settled in. out for meal etc and went to bed. had everything we needed. spoke to the host about our issues, (see what we didn't like), paid a little extra and we're moved to another site with bungalows and a pool. so peaceful and hidden away but ten minutes walk and in the town for restaurant etc, 20 minutes walk and at the beach.

7am the first morning, building project next door started banging shouting then a little metal workshop started around 8.30. spoke to host and issues resolved, (see what did you like)

Very good location, in the quiet part of Kata, clean rooms, near everything you need (7Eleven, laundry, restaurant). 100Mbps internet connection. Stayed here for almost two months. As frequent visitor to Kata, when I come here again. I will definitely stay here again.

There's a confusion about the apartments location. The correct location is just behind Ozone Condotel (or Thai Thai restaurant). The shower pressure might be a little bid better.

Nice cozy place away from noizy main street. Rooms are small and quite ascetic with asian style bathroom but all necessary things available and functional: air conditioner, shower with hot water, safety deposit box. The host has just bought electric kettles for the rooms. Nit (the host) is very welcoming, helpful and efficient: she's never forgotten anything we asked and done all the best. One thing is quite illustrative: we had a toilet bowl which was not fixed to the floor and swaying a bit. We have not asked to fix it, but after the room cleaning when we were away for a day tour it was fixed. Near to the place there is a couple of very good restaurants with Thai and European cuisine. Pretty good choise for such price in my opinion.

The only serious pain about the place is wifi. It is very slow and quite hard to use for anything more resource comsuming than messaging. Of course it is not a problem if you have a local sim card which is quite cheap and accessible. Another thing is that the hotel is hard to find on maps. On google maps it is called Ban l'Elephant Blanc and of course is not found when you type without l'. But you would definitly find Ban Elephant Blanc Bungalows which has the same host but is located on the next side street. We got confused by it and arrived first to the bungalows. Not sure if we could find the right place by ourselves, but the host took us there by car (many thanks to her for that!)

Had an amazing stay, the property is well maintained, clean and tidy and all facilities were of a high standard. Located a short walk from Kata beach, close to all the restaurants and shops but off of the busy high street. The owner and staff were friendly and took care of everything efficiently, I would definitely recommend this place and will book again for sure! Thank you

I stay on this place regularly while on Kata Beach. The location is good, clean and if available I always book this place.

The internet speed is very poor this time. Wifi signal is not reaching third floor, so until you stay at the basement you will not able to connect.

Great location. A few minutes walk to the main road and about 15 min walk to kata beach. In a small street so no traffic noise at night.

There are 2 with similar names. Be careful to make sure you go to the correct place.

I liked how quiet the room was, far away from motorcycles and Main Street. I got a proper sleep there. Great value for money

Unfortunately, the lamp above the bed did not work. There is no kettle in the room.
