This place is perfect either for short or long stays. This is my second time here. Very clean and comfy rooms, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, good AC, no noise from other rooms, smart tv, shared kitchen, all amazing ! Also shuttle to the beach every hour untill 5 pm is very useful . (The hotel is not far from the sea ~15 min. by walking. But it’s very useful for hot days.) They provide beach towels, iron, ironing board as well. Location is great, you have everything you need around including laundry, ATM, 7-11, bars, restaurants etc. The lady at the reception (Sunshine) is lovely and helped me with everything I need, I want to thank her from bottom of my heart. She is an additional value to the Hotel. This place exceeded my expectations.

My room was very comfortable. Very good wifi. There is a shuttle bus to the beach every hour! Comfortable big bed, comfortable pillows, snow white clean linens and towels, great employees, smart tv with Netflix, Prime etc accounts. Free water bottles every day. There were toothbrush and toothpaste packets which made me surprise. They give beach towel as well and they are generous with toilet paper. No flood when you shower, no bugs, no mosquitos, no sewer smell despite how much it rains. Also elevator works well. They let me check in early. You can buy fresh fish from Makro food service (15 minutes by walking) and cook it in the shared kitchen. There is no hill to climb up to walk to the beach. There are many good restaurants, exchange offices, ATMs, 7-11 close to the hotel. There is live music and karaoke bar at Palm Square which is less than 100 meters to the hotel.

Bathroom and shower could be bigger. It’s difficult to use 1sq meter bathroom with a toilet in it. Also there is no bidet which is the only downside for me. The water was not warm when showering but it’s not an issue for me as well. Curtain is not enough to block street light in the night. After using the elevator, there are 6 more steps to climb up before reaching the rooms. This is not an issue for me but I’d like to mention for someone who may need this information. (Cleaning lady helped me to carry my big size luggage upstairs 🥰)

Very simpatic personel, well equipped kitchen for use of the guests, unlimited coffee and water, Free shuttle to the very nice Kata beach every hour. Interesting furniture style, large room, cleanness. Closed to the shops and restaurants.

Breakfast could have been included in this price, and the room had NO WINDOW!

price value very good in this hotel, very clean and we had a very bright and nice room. Location also nice, everything is in walking distance, shops restaurants and beach. Big bonus for us was the kitchen downstairs! Everything there was very clean and in good condition

The big window in our room had a curtain, but it didnt fully cover at night, so the lights of the big blinking LED Sign kept shining into the room. Also, I drank from the water fountain and got sick. As soon as I stopped drinking from it and started buying water (after a couple days) I got better. Maybe, just do not use the waterfountain if you have a sensitive stomach :) everything else was perfect!

The hotel is great for a relaxing getaway in Kata. It's conveniently located close to everything—you can reach the beaches and restaurants within a 10-20 minute walk. And because it's not right on the main road, it's quiet at night. The bedding and towels are top-notch, and they’ll happily replace them whenever you ask. The bed itself is huge—a true king-size. There's also a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix, and the Wi-Fi is good enough that you can stream videos without any buffering issues.

The room isn't particularly large, and the bathroom with the shower isn't separated by a wall—it's just part of the room with a sliding door. There's no balcony either, so drying wet towels or clothes might be a bit tricky."

After I separate with my imaginary friend, Bonbon the tanker(because he wanted to go to party at Phi phi island). I decided to take time for myself and booked this place and I’m not disappointed with my decision at all because the moment I walked in there. I was greeted with the best staff who are very friendly and super helpful. The room design is very cool and unique. The bed was very big for a small, a little lonely but lovely guy like me but I’m not complaining because I don’t like sharing bed with anyone either. The location of the hotel also close to everything that you needed or wanted or desired but I only need to eat and sleep. So…overall it’s a 10/10 for me.

I like that it was near and convenient to establishments like 7/11, laundry, massage/spa, restaurants/cafe, ATM machines. I find room spacious with your big luggage around. The front desk and utility staff were always welcoming and significantly accommodating to your needs, especially when we had an issue in the toilet, they attended to us straight away.

The front desk personnel and utility staff were friendly and accommodating however I hope that they have security personnel the next time especially at night because literally anybody can just enter the hotel even with cameras monitoring around. The toilet should have at least a bucket and a dipper as they don't have a bidet, so I had to move to the shower to wash my bum off.

Really lovely place. Especially the staff, not sure if it was manager or owner but either way he couldn’t have been any nicer 🫶🤍 great location right between kata beach and karon beach and not far from patong area either - great scooter rental literally across road, coffee shop right at entrance of hotel doors does exceptional coffee with also great staff, they also do fab food options. Laundry directly across from hotel also. Has everything you need, and everything else is directly on the doorstep

Nothing honestly

I stayed with my friend at the penthouse suite which was unique and amazing. We had everything we needed there, kitchen and laundry machine included. Both of us had private rooms with bathrooms plus a lot of common area. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We thought we would be really close to the beach, but in reality there is no access to the beach from the street where the hotel is located but you have to take a long detour. The hotel has a shuttle to the beach that we tried to take once but it never came.

We stayed at this accommodation for four nights and extended a fifth one due to change of planes . The manager, Tony was extremely kind and helpful. He assisted us booking airport transfers and a boat tour. The rooms were clean, the bed were very big and comfortable. The location is very convenient, 10 min walk from Kata beach and from Kata Noi Beach, which is better, cleaner one, its a 30 min walk or a few minutes ride. The street is relatively quiet and there are several shops, massage centers and restaurants nearby.

The bathroom is somehow atypical, you can either slide the door to the WC or the shower side. Might be discomfortable, depending on who you are traveling with.
