Nice pleasant room. Layout is wrong and really could do with a table but the room is smaller than I thought

The room was a good size and had a nice view, large kitchen area along side a big bedroom. Felt very clean and the host was really friendly and helpful

The bed was very hard causing my back some significant pain, and the pool was green and dirty, I know the pool isn’t the responsibility of the host but it didn’t look like the advertised photos

Only a couple blocks away from the main attractions like the beach and night market, but in a quiet area itself. Very clean, nice amenities.

Not very good instructions given by owner for check in ,take 30 min to get key and doesn't state on Booking.com you have to leave 1000baht security deposit and also pay for electric on check out

This is not a hotel, so cleaning just 1 day pr week, that also mean clean towels and change of bedding 1 time a week, but pricing was very nice, and location very very nice :) Very nice and communication with staff , big + :) Had no issues at all, motorbike rental and clothes washing very close by, also trip arrangements and so on, so locationwise is the best, also room was ok :) They dont serve breakfast or any food here, but its closed by all kind of food and restaurants and bars and so on, so no problem at all :)

cleaning more often would be nice, thats the only negative if you can even call it that, but for this price it doesent matter, because price and location and an ok room was all we needed.

Check in and out was difficult. The staff at reception can't help you so when you arrive, you have to ring off site staff and wait for them to arrive to check you in and out. We had to ring them 3 times and wait 30 mins to check in.

The location was quite nice, about 15 min walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, massages, bars and food market. There was security 24/7 which was good. Good elevators and the gym was fine.

It was really disappointing to arrive and realize the pool is closed off due to construction, and we were not informed of this before hand on Booking or email. It still says on Booking that the pool is available. The room was always moist and the door to the bathroom had swelled so much you couldn’t close it properly. We had to have new pillows because they started smelling after one day because everything in the room was wet. The bed was really hard. There is no 24/7 reception, only through WhatsApp, the reception is only there if you decide to meet up. The toilet was quite dirty. Really bad water pressure in the shower. The hotel is located at the end of a street filled with inappropriate massage salons, so maybe not the best hotel for a family with children.
