The couple running this place is very kind and it felt like being home. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach and surrounding places. The room is clean and spacious. The pool area is very nice. The hotell is close to the bus station that takes you to the airport for only 100 baht. You can also walk to the Big Buddha if you are into hiking.

This might not be a problem for everyone but because I'm a bit sound sensitive I found the AC to be a bit too loud. The room had a ceiling fan that I used during sleep instead. The pillows were also a bit hard.

I am genius level three in booking dot com and have over the last dix years booked 276 rooms in hotels around the world per annum and I can say this hotels management was second to none - simply brilliant - I also don’t write reviews that often but in this case I would thoroughly recommend this hotel 👍

Was perfect

Friendly staff, and great location, bit of a walk to the beach but the pool was great to relax in. Extended my stay with no issues. Could connect my own netflix go the TV which was a nice touch.

Beautiful garden around, nice big rooms, good location, breakfast freshly made. Fantastic, friendly and accommodating hosts.

It’s a family friendly place, a lot of children so maybe not to everyone liking.

The bungalow was in an excellent location, close to the night food market, a 10 min walk to the beach, but far enough away to not hear any noise from evening hustle. The room was large, clean and had a large fridge and small table. The pool was lovely and the whole place felt friendly and calm. breakfast was with the neighbouring restaurant which was ok, but there were lots of choices for breakfast nearby. a great stay!

The shower didn’t drain away, despite a few attempts by the staff to rectify, and the shower never had hot water. (But it was so hot outside that I never thought to mention this to the staff)

Great place with good location, green nature and very friendly staff! The owner was always in place, flexible and ready to make cozy holiday for us)) Definetely recommended!

Probably a seen through door between toilet and main room might be questionable design. One can also hear what is going on in toilet.

The location was great. We were in Kata off the main strip which was great: less traffic, quieter. WE enjoyed teh street and got to know our neighbor in the massage shop that my wife and I visited every day.

The bathrooms were very sensitive. You could not put ANY tissue into the toilet or else it would clog. And we mean not any even for a number 2. It was a bit disappointing because we travel with our kids and telling them to wipe and them place in the trash can was not what was expected.

Location and cleanliness

It’s not about property it’s about the payment system. I choose pay at the property and it was a big amount, when paying by card they asked for 3% surcharge, which was annoying. If i knew that in advance I would have paid while booking. Booking.com should provide that facility to pay near time or atleast inform us for these hidden fees. No one will be carrying so much cash. PS: it was waved off as a kind gesture by the staff. Thank you

The bungalows are basic but clean, comfortable and good quiet location. My friend and I stayed for 9 days and were very happy. The fridge was great as we bought fresh fruit to have for our breakfast each day, we got plates & a small knife at the 7-11 across the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful from reception to housekeeping.

We really liked everything about the property because it's beautifully done in a great location close to everything with the swimming pool and very clean rooms. You do need a scooter to move around but that goes for everything because the beach is very long and there's a lot to do and see around.

The only thing I would change is the bed because it's very hard mattress and not the most comfortable one but that's basically everywhere we stayed and it's also personal preference.
